West Bengal is a different place. Even if all cabinet are put into jail, the voters will double down their support as backlash . Come what may the die is cast, TMC + Alliance to get 30 seats. Bengal voters are inclined to take into consideration the all India issues.

INDIA alliance should break their alliance with TMC. Congress anyway is not sharing seat in West bengal with Tmc so breaking their alliance will be right however it will significantly affect INDIA alliance votes as TMC will get many seats in W Bengal. But in long run TMC is a liability on INDIA alliance the party is not good for the country as well

The so called eminent battery of lawyers who represent the interest of the Government of West Bengal should be ashamed to represent such cases where the life of so many deserving candidates were jeopardized and corrupt people were recruited. Imagine the quality of education such rogue elements would be imparting to the students and what skill could be developed. SC should show no mercy. Request SC not to spare the governments who are indulging in such malpractices and West Bengal is becoming a corruption model in all front, be ration, cattle smuggling, recruitment etc. Let not the Indian development and dreams of the future generation is ruined by such rogue elements

If the reason for halting CBI Probe is fear of arrest then with this excuses every wrongdoer in govt can get away easily by citing this. In TN the government of TN and the Collectors who were summoned filed a petition in High Court and SC has to clear the deck for ED to question the collectors. Rs 5000 crores of sand has been illegally mined and sold. Instead of Halting the CBI Probe if the SC has slightest of concern that CBI is operating under the Central Government then let them monitor this case and give a free hand to CBI. The lawyers are agreeing that 8000 plus candidates who were recruited in fraudulent way and every documents and the soft copies were destroyed. Imagine the fate of meritorious candidates in 23 Lakhs aspirants who wrote the exam who were robbed of their right. As the saying goes Cesar's wife should be above suspicion the SC should show no mercy and if the entire cabinet deserves to be sent to jail so be it. President rule can be imposed instead thugs running the government

So what was achieved ? He himself said there is fraud , after saying everything , put a halt to CBI probe and then date game starts . Eligible candidates don't get job in Bengal is known to everyone in Bengal . Sometime one should come out of Delhi and visit Bengal to understand the ground situation . SC primary role is to provide justice and not to halt the same . Again if one can afford costly lawyers then you can do anything in India is proven right .
