Those who have been in India since independence, are citizen of India. It is totally unlawful and anti constitutional, expelling our people in the name of Law of the Land. Why the judgement on EVM reserved by the bench which heared about misuse of EVM in election? It is assumed that some Judges following the path of Modi Govt and acting on behalf of BJP Govt or under the pressure of Modi and Amit Shah.

CAA controversial law. Forcefully trying to implement in Assam. We have been already fighting illegal immigrants from Bangladesh. Assam is not a DUSTBIN. It's a threat for the indigenous people who may lost their identity in their own land. Best example is Tripura. Where indigenous people are still fighting for their lost identity. No CAA.

This Act does not affect only in Assam but it affects Meghalay and Tripura the same. These states does not have ILP henceforth anyone can come and go out without any interference outside sixth scheduled area which affects the demographic condition of these fragile and small population . In NE we don't base the population on religion but on the sustainability of the small indigenous and the land where we stand.
PM care fund is also public money so the supreme court should take up this at the earliest.
UCC also unconstitutional every religion has there own laws & rituals.
If any issue with individual they can go to court.
