I appreciate Indira Gandhi, where she asserted authority and at that Central Govt was powerful and that type must come again. Then corruption will be eliminated and all States must have fear.

Delhi Hight Court has mentioned in the Order of the Judge why Kejriwal was arrested in March after 9 summons were sent to him by the ED. It is not necessary for the Supreme Court to question the ED.

The arrest of a person - whosoever he is and of whatever stature he is becoming irrelevant - is based on severity and intensity of the crime committed whether financial or any other. And in a case of defense, only legal arguments matter and not political arguments. The fallacious arguments in a court of law hardly count. For a person whether sitting CM or anyone having deliberately not responded to nine summons of ED, KJ's arrest - being lawful, rational, logical and justified - was inevitable. The court, therefore, should not show any leniency to such a defiant, obdurate and corrupt person, who has siphoned off hundreds of crores of public money.
