SC Justices are not listening exactly what is going on EVM VVPAT . What happened in 2019 2018 elections . How ECI defrauded its country . SC did not do anything past five years . Now SC compliments ECI failures. SC Justice says " West Bengal
has more population than Germany forgetting basic fundamental truth that EVM is not transparent and not tangible that's why Germany court rejects EVM. So truth is universal , it doesn't matter small or big population. Other SC Justice says " Booth capturing to ballot box " How many percent booth capturing 0.01 - 0.10 percent which is not a big deal. In EVM manipulation whole country is being captured and all institutions are threatened. Booth capturing can be prevented now by CCTV , Drones, Self locking system ( jewelry stores locking system ). ECI has failed to uphold credibility integrity of elections. SC must read and understand the report of NGO ( Citizen commission for election) on EVM VVPAT . It is simple common sense " Cast vote as intended, Record vote as cast , Count vote as recorded. EVM record is not tangible . It means invalid. VVPAT record is tangible . It is valid. Count VVPAT before results. Voice of voters is supreme . Please respect actual stakeholders public not politicians. Ban EVM . Do not get scared of political boss. We the people have your back. इतने विरोध पर, इतने अधिक अविश्वास को ध्यान में रखते हुए, कोर्ट को स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए EVM से चुनाव बैन कर देना चाहिए था। बिना किसी सुनवाई और बिना किसी सुबूत के, अगर कोर्ट लोकतंत्र में विश्वास रखती है। वरना बंगाल हाईकोर्ट के जज इस्तीफ़ा दे कर सत्ता पार्टी में समर्पित हुए। ऐसी भी मानसिकता होने का संकेत की अनुभूति करना कोर्ट का अपमान तो नहीं होना चाहिए।

Biometrics means every vote can be tracked back to the actual voter, think of a situation where you apply for some government service/job/facility and government selects or rejects you based on your voting history from biometric data

इसमें देर करने से जनता के मन में संदेह पैदा होने लगा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अविलंब ईवीएम बंद कर वैलेट पेपर से चुनाव आयोग को चुनाव कराने का आदेश देना चाहिए जो संविधान सम्मत है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऐसा क्यों नहीं कर पा रहा है। क्या मजबूरी है। क्या लोकतंत्र खतरें में है।
Some ridiculous and downright criminally dumb replies and statements from the ECI side. Flabbergasted that the justices didn't shut them up on their bullshit explanations to the petitoners questions and concerns. When majority of the indian population does not trust the evms, the justices to me seemed utterly oblivious to this fact.
