yes many voters are uneducated & they don't know how to use EVM .In one of the polling booth in Shanti Nagar,Alsoor,the vvpat button was not switched on & no beep while casting the vote.It was brought to the notice of presiding officer & then concerned voter could cast the vote.voting by ballot paper for democracy or educate the people how to use EVM.

There is no need to look at what other countries are doing. We have our way of doing things. Secondly, there is no need to under estimate our country. If developed countries uses EVM, does it mean that it is tamper proof/resistant & if we use it it becomes tamperable?

What. would cost the court/ECI if one more day more day was allowed for counting all VVPAT paper trail. J Khanna & co had already made up their mind was obvious.

The issues raised by the petitioner are genuine. We ordinary citizens also have the same concerns regarding evm. It was just an ask for transparency. What we verify is not what is counted, this is a fundamental issue. Calling it anti national doesn't help to alleviate the lack of confidence people have on the evm.

So The VVPAT Slips Dropped In Ballot Box Should Be Counted, To Make Transparency In Election Process. Compare To The Ballot Paper System, It's Less Time Consuming.

Disappointing decision by Supreme Court..It should have been easily agreed by SC, what our respected Prashant Bhushan.This fight must be continued and will be continued and a day will come Supreme Court itself will have to admit their this decision was unfair to the mass.
The twin justice really ignored the long time mass people demand for ban of EVM. Even they again ignored the demand of complete counting of VVPat. It's not known how they passed their judgements on the very doubtful matters in spite of long public demand. It's really very unfortunate for the Indian people.
