I agree with the cards especially jesse and james cards. you may look up also DARK pokemon that are dirt cheap right now, cause when we get a DARK Pokemon chase that every body wants, people will want to collect all dark pokemon. and your 1 dollar DARK pokemon might 10x or 20x in value.

Is picking it up as a PSA 10 a good idea? Or is raw better because it’s liquid

PSA graded cards are more liquid but depends on your goals and what cards.
