Those Mysterious TH-cam algorithms recommended this video, which is spooky, my right foot has been swelling and such. I do suffer from UC. So I just ordered some MSM and see if it helps with the swelling.

I had to laugh over the algo. It also is spooky for me some times. If this doesn’t fix it also check into low dose naltrexone for the UC. It has done wonders for me as well. Hope you find what works !

Omg I’m you 😂 same symptoms. I put it down to salicylates and sulfur.

I’m sorry your me😂. I still use this every day. I’m currently at a dose of a teaspoon and a half. I was able to work down from three teaspoons a day and it still stops all food sensitivities. They are pretty bad with out it. Hope it helps.
