I'm always looking to get the absolute most out of my 2018 Audi S4 and I very well may have found another 'must have' piece of hardware. I picked up this @JXBPerformance driveshaft carrier and installed it on my B9 S4. Once installed I took it out for a quick test drive to see what it felt like on the street. Jay at JXB is amazing. I ordered one of these for my RS3 through a dealer and had trouble with them shipping the product. I took a chance and reached out to JXB as the dealer was blaming the "manufacturer for the delay. Jay responded right away. He stated he had not seen a order from the dealer so he reached out to the dealer and what do you know they placed an order. Top notch customer service from JXB. more companies should follow Jay's lead

the JXB carrier and drivetrain inserts made such a huge improvement in the shifting on my A7, night and day with how smooth it is now.
I have STG 2+ O34 C7 A7 and his feedback on the very slight increase of NVH feel through pedal made me put those upgrade next on my list! Glad to hear you also have great results with it too..any NVH issue after install?
@@jrex3575 I haven't noticed any NVH at all but I might not be as sensitive about it. I'm sitting Dual pulley, full exhaust AWE & CAP pipes, ported blower etc. Next up is suspension work, the drive shaft carrier and drivetrain inserts were fine at the same time and smoothed out the shifts incredibly well

I'm still blown away that you were able to go 10s in the quarter mile in your b8 S4 without one of these. This was one of the first things I did to me b8.5 S4 and it made a massive difference. You're the first person I've heard say that they could some vibration through the pedal though, I'm glad it wasn't just me. 😂
Definitely should have been a upgrade on my B8. I regret not doing it. As for the NVH, I am overly sensitive and would assume others might not feel it, but I swear there is a tiny bit there, haha.

got one. lol.. the biggest amazement was in 7th gear.. floating at 2000-3000... used to feel a weird kinda vibration oscillation thing, thought it was my wheels.. but it seems to be gone now that i installed this on my 2018 S3.
This guy is really cool, I will be talking to him when my SRT cradle is buttoned down better

Sadly, I have no idea. I wouldn't recommend you try though
did you use the track or street bushings?
