Charlie please go over SYSTEMS & DELIVERY, 99% of us know the niche, market research, offers and outreach. What there isn’t enough on the TH-cams is 1. User research (how to create a good product) 2. Delivery (how to obtain the skills or outsource or employ to actually deliver the service itself)
The reason SMMA gurus don't make this type of content is because they simply do not know how. There's two reasons: 1) 99% of them have either sold their agency or are completely decentralized from the day-to-day so they are out of touch with what works in 2024. 2) Their high-ticket programs are centralized around acquisition as most beginners have this problem, they make more money selling outreach strategies because they understand everyone wants to start an agency but very few succeed to a point that their delivery becomes the bottleneck. In an ideal world there would be transparent content posted on TH-cam to help serve you, but you'll find people with the real knowledge are individuals who actually own and run successful agencies. My advice would be to join paid communities/network with them in the real world.
If you have correctly identified the ‘problem’ then the ‘product’ should be out there somewhere and you can just replicate it. For example, if your niche is tattoo shops and the problem is clients reaching out in several different places like via email/instagram etc. The ‘product’ (or solution) will be to help them set up a booking system - you don’t need to actually create the software but instead be the middle man to help facilitate setting it up.
@@soraregareth but that’s drop servicing, my issue is I want to learn the skills, but all the “skills” being taught are everything apart from the actual results-driven process. I’ve onboarded clients in the past (3 to be precise) but always messed up the delivery, no one teaches you the skills, and none of these gurus ever mention user research, customer support or anything that’s value driven, they only teach you how to persuade people into buying…

Charlie, every video you drop is golden mate. I'd love it if you could explain either the selling step (as you mentioned that it could be its own video) or the systems step please bro. I think learning to have a process or routine that you can stick to for this would work really well.
Insane Value! Can you just make a series of this process. Not like just one step but start with step 1: niche and go down till systems. That would be The Most Valuable Thing People Ever WAtch :D
Hi mate, top vid! Just wondering what your take is on selling physical products that are more aestethic and based around creating a positive emotional response rather than finding a problem to fix. Do you think the same principals can be applied? Or maybe a slightly different approach is required??
Fantastic video. Getting to the fundamental truths of business (and life) and explaining it simply shows your expertise. I would like to see more on systems and how to make sure what your building scales into serious numbers without a complete rework. One criticism for you - videos are really good, but I notice frequently you will get stuck over explaining a simple point or doing to much work to make an unnecessary metaphor. Metaphors are great, but multiple minutes on a lock and key drawing and explaining the concept that you need the right information to solve a problem is a waste. Could be put very briefly without losing the value. Thanks so much for everything Charlie. Cheers.
Hey Charlie, you sound so persuasive in the manner you lay out your presentation! You're making it so tempting that it makes me want to jump on board and giving it a serious try. Continue uploading more YT content so we can implement part of your discussions into our businesses!🎉😮😊
Hey Charlie, loved the video like every other❤️. I would love to see you further explaining creating solutions because it’s the biggest struggle of mine.
A video about creating solution would be good. What information that will help solve important problems in my niche of choice should I learn and study and how should I go around it
Wow this is really good. At least it can be implemented. I would like to try these ideas out. What I would like more info on is the offer. I am self employed but I want to know how to create offers for my clients, because they already have the solutions. And it would help me to get into the idea of sales, if I can start selling others solutions before I embark on my own. I am a bookkeeper and do the work for my accounting clients, but I want to know how to create offers to bring in more clients for them so I can always have work myself from the accountant clients. I don't want to step away from that completely because bookkeeping gives me consistant income. I would like to know how to create offers for businesses when you are not actually an employee but you work for them in another capacity.
I would like to see more about the confidence of creating solution for Businesses not customer. ( B2B thinking, like for example why they don't solve it themselves, or how to make the offer different to enter among who have already created offers )
Hi Charlie, thank you for this video. could you please in your future videos talk more on creating solutions? How "good" do you have to be before you start thinking of an offer
What’s up Charlie, really found this video insightful and wrote everything down. I know I shouldn’t focus on it too much right now but when I have my offer and need to sell my value. How do I package that? I know it depends on my niche. I was wondering if you can give me an example on that. Also I’d like a video on systems. Thanks in advance🤝🏾
your journey is truly inspiring! your problem solving for a specific market resonates deeply. Remember, success in online business often boils down to providing real value and staying focused on your target audience's needs. 💼
Hello Charlie. I am keen to buy the EasyGrow course but I just wanted to ask you what's the reason you stopped running NorthFlow consulting? If it was making good money surely keep it going? Or at least sell it?
I have watched a good few ‘make money online’ videos or whatever you wanna call them. This video right here though, is THE BEST. Watch all of it and your mindset will gain such a rich understanding of how to get this online money making thing to work. Thank you Charlie 🙏.
please go over the guarantee on an offer, i think that to guarantee revenue numebrs is difficult incase the client doesnt do the work or it takes longer in some cases
Hi Charlie, Loved the direct, to the point video! What about the credibility? would our customers trust our solution when we might be really young and with less experienced in that field? Also, if we provide a solution, we would have to test it also right. Does the overall time estimate include that time as well?
The answer to the testing would be specific to the niche. But as far as credibility goes, I think if you invest properly during the research phase for months, your communication will portray alot of things which can land you the clients also I would prefer starting with a couple of clients without charging then to prove the theory and then don't reveal that you've worked for free to the new clients. Voila- you have a proven theory and the first couple of clients have nothing to lose as you're working for free or as Charlie said that you give their money back if it doesn't work. All the best.
From $7K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
Hey Charlie. I would love to see more on *creating a solution*. Your videos have helped me very much so far. Thank you for all the work you put in for us.

Hey Charlie right now iam getting a lot of appointments but iam not very good at closing so it would be nice if you could make more videos about selling that would help a lot, thanks man i appreciate your work.
You must be focussed too much on making the sale rather than focussing on what benefits you can provide to your customer Customers can sniff out and naturally repel desperate sales pitches

Hey just thought I'd ask on here about this. I'm a musician and want to do something within the music industry. Would helping Music Shops be a good niche to go into? There aren't really over 30000 but if I'm doing a service based agency type of business I would only need like 10-20 clients a month anyway right? Another problem is that music shops generally don't tend to have much money to spend meaning I'd have to lower the price. That lowering of price paired with the fact that there aren't 30000 businesses just concerns me but I kinda want to do something in music as I know a lot about it. Maybe I just need to suck it up and find out the hard way lol but just really looking for any advice from anyone who knows kinda what they're on about. Thanks
Note- It's just my opinion, make your own analysis and your own decision. You won't know until you actually ask them. Call them up and ask if they need help with their brand visibility and want to make more sales. If you genuinely love the music industry, then I don't think it's about the money. As you get better, you can always charge more, as long as you are solving a problem, people are willing to pay.
Charlie, if I were to able to find a niche and decided to go all in, can I still work 9-5 while doing it? I don’t think I can just abandon everything and go 💯 in it. Great content.
It's just my opinion, but it depends on how much money it brings in and how much time it requires in a day. I was having my normal job and I was doing my business at the same time for over a year before my business was able to make more money than my job. After that I quit my job to focus everything on my business. If you can do both, there is no reason to quit your job just yet. Good luck on your journey.
