Mad respect for spending a fortune on your health and not on stuff. Some will scoff about the money Charlie spends on food and water, but your body is your most valuable possession you'll ever have. Take care of it! Great video with so much excellent content in here! 😀👍
My wife and I joined Charlie's course Easy Grow a few months ago and it has been transformational for our sports marketing agency, but we're still working on scaling it past that 10k per month mark that Charlie talks about. This video has made me realize we need to start making TH-cam videos to help increase our credibility and start driving some organic inbound appointment bookings. I have gotten much value from Ed and Charlie over the years, deeply appreciate you both! Love this collab
I've already follow charlie way back when he's still developing his easy grow product. Seing two creator that I've watched even before a lot of people know them is literally unexpectedly the best collaboration I've ever wanted🎉
Guys thanks SO, SO much for this. Needed that authenticity with almost zero edits. Apart from ignated inspiration and getting back on track, this saved me from the tiktok dopamine addiction, literally havent stayed on a 40 minute video (taking notes and adding ideas) since I cant remember. Awesome totally ! Keep that up !
seeing charlie on the channel just put a massive grin on my face - I was a client of his well over a year ago :) I knew this guy was going places and he continues to amaze me with what he accomplishes
This is great, I love this format. It’s like a combo of a podcast and an architects digest home walkthrough. I nearly didn’t click because of the thumbnail as I thought it was just another recorded zoom call but this is fun!
Minute 35 and on is worth its weight in gold if you have any job involving cold calls. Great video. Lots of great info in all of it as well and big fan of Charlie.
Ed, i will take any course you create about how to get people interested in your videos, because somehow i always find myself watching the entirety of yours.
Wow! I learned so much from this...namely I want to order steaks for every meal and Chico water (not evian lol) to drink endlessly. Serious thought, coming up with a product that doesn't have to be wrapped in poo I think is a key. Admirable cold calling. I find myself horrible at sales and even feel bad in my CTA's at the end of my videos lol. Gives me a specific example which is the best way that I learn. Thanks for this, to the both of you. PS- my newest crocs come in tomorrow so I'm at least on the right path 🤣
the only question is - as he has invested such an adorable amount of endeavour - why does he call the result "easy grow" (?). His working attitude etc, all fantastic
Love the video, learned a lot and I'll quickly implement it all. PS: You sound really experienced in this stuff, do you know of anyone that's interested in an educational/inspiring thumbnail? I am a graphic designer and planning on perfectly recreating the ideas of content creators... So I'm planning on asking the right questions, matching the brand, studying the viewers, matching the personality... and then using the right techniques (sometimes I'd like to jump out of the comfort-zone and learn new stuff) so that I can keep adjusting till they're satisfied with their ideal thumbnail.
Agree with not being able to watch Hormozi's content anymore. He's editing it for 12-year olds. Prefer him just sitting down and talking without any music or edits.
Huh??? Wdym?? I didn't watched the full videos.I love Hormonizis and I've been a fan. So I'm just curious wdym by not being able to watch hormonizis videos anymore???
@@Gkdjd558 His old videos was just him sitting down talking to a camera - no music, no crazy edits. Now all his videos are super edited with hip hop music playing in the background. It's distracting. I can't get past 2 minutes watching it. Like it's really horrible to watch lol. Now instead I just listen to his podcasts because there's no edits and no music. Just him talking and pure value 👍
35:15 cold calling script from Charlie who is one of the best at it. Disarm- “you’ll probly hate me, do you have 30seconds to talk I’m a sales guy…” Offer -“we do this.. would you like to do this?” Book a call/lead them to the funnel
Are you referring to how he does it or how you should do it in your current state? For Charlie: 1. TH-cam ADS, TH-cam Organic Videos, Outbound (cold dm,etc) 2. A lot to run such a big company 3. Stripe For your case: 1. Outbound (cold call or cold dm) 2. Pick one for every need 3. Stripe or whatever payment method works in your area. In the end it all comes to operational drag which is having one of everything One niche, problem, product, software, script, outreach, etc.

This is amazing. Thanks for sharing!
@@anupam07x We love you too

"The more fun I have on TH-cam, the better the videos do" I'm going to take this to heart.
Fun matters. Period.
Same here✨ its a great reminder to me when i get distracted batching content
That was an absolutely amazing example of a no pressure, but effective, sales call.
He seems like the most chill down to Earth sales guy I've seen tbf!
Yea he is!

Those sales calls were INSANE! Thanks for sharing, Ed. And thanks for the candid vulnerability, Charlie!

love this dude. alex hormozi and charlie morgan both are absolute gems.
If my Charlie is there in the video, is just VALUE VALUE AND VALUE! Charlie's transparency is unparalleled. Also cold call opener was gold!
Ed, this is top-tier content, loved it
Thank you :)

Utterly brilliant in its simplicity and honesty. Loved this, Ed. Slowly, slowly, I’m realising where I need to direct my energy.
Great video! Love everything that was said.
This is the best video!! Thank you ❤🎉
This is incredible! Thanks Ed!
I appreciate this young, intelligent and persistent young man for your sharing 🙏🏻💖
A massively valuable video - if not for the pure content but for the mindset and approach lessons... Nice work fellas!
this shit was one of the best and most relatable (when charlie talked about his old days before the business) videos i ve ever seen.
Great hosting/questions Ed! 👍🏻
This felt like a documentary, loved it 😋

This is simply amazing! So much value!
This was an Awesome Episode!!
Lots and lots of value in this video
Loved this... Charlie, what a guy! Loved listening to them calls
That quote about time is so big, alot of people give up so easily.
Charlie giving out so much knowledge as always.
20:51 “what’s this” - points at something above the pair of crocks in the fridge
this guy is brilliant at cold-calling 🔥🔥🔥
thank you for this content
Yea incredible right!
Chilled Crocs are wild 😂
😂
26:20 Charlie calling out his $30 Casio while Ed sits there in a $10k Panerai 😉
I actually have the same watch as him 😂

When I saw Creator's Booth and Charlie on the thumb, it was an immediate click!:)
Fuamazing video!:)
22:13 somerset accent slipping in haha hello to dubai from home
I see a lot of Alex Hormozi influence in his quotes
I love how Charlie is actually showing how to do the call!
Very inspiring story. Thanks for sharing this ❤
A Ferrari doesn't need 12 pages to tell you it's an awesome car.
Easily the best interview I have ever seen!
Thank you Ed and Charlie!!
21:00 how nobody mention anything about the crocks in the fridge?... I never seen that one
Comment bait, haha he gave us that lesson for free
@@robbd9935 i thought the same thing
Love the way this was created!
Great Video. Great Diet. Works Wonders... And IDK why there's crocs in the fridge but to each his own. lol.😂😂😂😂
The question of how of you would start from beginning was cool . Thanks for the interview.
and I learned and googled this too, onboarding process, sales gateway, operational drag, support ticket type ..
and the point you mentioned about accepting that something is boring in business
and the point about Focus, reducing friction , and being authentic.
Y'all need to be skeptical about these crazy videos. These finfluencers are always hiding the truth.
35:00 in he starts cold calling
I've just started watching the video and must say: That's a really good hook!
the only question is - as he has invested such an adorable amount of endeavour - why does he call the result "easy grow" (?).
His working attitude etc, all fantastic
21:00 Why is nobody mentionning the fact that HE KEEPS HIS CROCS INSIDE HIS FRIDGE???
Incredible conversation 🔥🔥
Sooooo true. Time off is sooo important 🫶 loved to listen to this brain of bliss 🤌🏻
So much value here
Sure is!
What value? Overwork yourself into a near state of depression for 7 years?

29:46 typical 9-5 with a 1 hour lunch break. Get it 😆 that’s not remotely typical.

Mini Sam Ovens. Even the manufacturing story
Charlie's a beast man.
i have genuine questions.
1. where you find clients.

Why are we ignoring the crocs in his fridge😂
Epic content! Really interesting insight! Keep it up! =)
Why Dubai and not Bali or Thailand seems like he would enjoy those places more.
No taxes in dubai
His clients and social circle are in Dubai.
As you can see this is more convenient for him.
Plus it's about standards.
Maybe time zones also

Here I am in Garage 😂😂
fantastic interview
@19:30 - those are some wise words right there!
I didn't like this guy, now I do. Thanks Ed
Daughter? My guy doesn't look old enough, lol!
Why do I get the feeling this guy doesn't save. I think he knows it's unsustainable. Maybe that's one of the keys.
Tai lopez is the OG

Hey Ed! Let's see what you got today! I want to make those 30k a day 😂
