    I know that probably no one cares but i gotta tell someone how happy am I. Yesterday i visited a salt mine with my family. We live preety closet to it and we go there evry few months (it helps a lot with imunity). The things is that we have to go down and the climb back up around like 300 stairs or something like that. Evry Time i had to climb back up it was like hell. I could not breathe, my legs were hurting so bad. But this Time i got back up without even sweating at all. I have lost almost 15 kg this summer (33 lbs i think) but i was vrey demotivated as the scale was not moving at all. Yesterday made me realiste that i didn t need the scale. I realised that not that kg that o was losing were important, but the strenght i am gaining. Thank you Jo. May God bless your hard work!

    As a person who is trying to recover from binge eating and treat exercising as a form of honoting the temple of the Holy Spirit, not as a form of punishing myself for binging, your workouts are the best for me. This one was a quick restart and helped a lot with the way I feel physucally, but upmost with my mental state. You`re a blessing to us, Jo!

    ■■■ Today is 30th November....I started my 100 Day fitness challenge but couldn't continue it for various reasons..... I didn't do any excercise or healthy eating for the past 15 days....
    So starting from today...again....

So now along with my usual Jo workouts I’m doing specialized DR ones to heal my dysfunctional core. I pray this finally gets this tummy gone!!! It just doesn’t match my body!!!     feeling under the weather and felt a bit guilty for wanting to miss the workout, (yes rest days are good but I just can’t miss it 😂) I have been working out with you for around 4/5 months and seen progress. today I just cannot miss the workouts, PUSHED MYSELF!     Hello! I’m 39 yrs old and I was looking for a good and fun cardio. You came up on my FYP on TikTok which sent me here. I did the 20 min cardio and wow! I loved it! I felt better and look forward to doing more! I never been as heavy as I am and I need to loose weight. I strongly believe this will help me and I can’t wait to try more workouts! 😀

    My fav thing about growwithjo workouts is THE BEAT (I love house music) and length of workouts. Goes by so fast. Oh, and Jo is so smiley, happy and encouraging. Every workout is like a dance party! lol

    I just want to say Jo I love all of your videos. This is my second time doing this one and this time I used 3LB weights. I’m thankful I came across your channel because I’m unable to do my daily walks like I use to plus my elliptical isn’t working at the moment. But I wouldn’t dare let that stop me. I’m down 2 pounds from last week. I have a long way to go but I’m not stopping. I wish much success to anyone on this journey. ❤

    I'm so excited to start with my weight loss after 2 kids and 5 years of gaining weight none stop 😭 I am very happy w life at the moment the only thing that brings me down all the time is how bad I look in pictures so I usually don't take any but is time to change this!     I am not sure if Jo reads this, but I have been off the wagon since January and I have so much guilt for leaving the workouts for the past months. I lose the weight 10 months ago and now have gained it all back and added more. Today is a new day and I am starting again. I just had the worse sensation with working a deskjob, sitting down from 9-5. My hands were shaking and my legs were weak. I am starting again today and this is the video I am starting with. I feel like I have disappointed myself and feeling like failure, but seeing Jo again with her baby bump gives me some type of strength.
    Thank you for what you're doing Jo, you do not know how much you meant to me and the rest of us. 💜

    i just want to say that by far you're my favorite fitness youtuber. so straight to the point and most workouts are easy to do but really do get you to sweat! i've always had a hard time sticking with other fitness youtubers and consequently, sticking with exercise, but i find myself looking forward to working out with your videos. thanks and more health and happiness to you!

    I’m on my PMS now, and I ate too much sugar and drank toooooo much coffee, so I felt lousy and anxious. You’re unbelievably sweet, your energy is streaming through the screen, I got out of bed and I feel so much better now. your smile is contagious. during the workout it became so fun, you smile, i want to smile too.     Completed on 3/7/24 again 1:09❤pm Est. I needed this workout bc I was feeling drain and did want to miss my workout. Thanks for this boost energy workout. I feel much better 🙂. I'm learning the key to consistency is staying connected to ppl who's also working out, but the most important one is finding the right instructor(s)and the right workout for you. At this time, indoor workout is best for me. It safer, convenient and no traveling expenses. This is why I love the Growwithjo workouts.I like your workout because it's fun, and it's close to dancing, which I enjoy doing.

    Today was really tired today and needed something just to get the tension off my muscles and refresh. This workout was just on place, I felt the result a few minutes after😄 also loved the music it's not too hyped up and helps to have fun and keep the pace.     Perfect workout to finish up with my 20mins intense cardio. Been doing jo's workout for 7months now. And I stopped for almost 2 weeks. And its sooo hard to get back. But hey, i did show up for myself again. So here's to working out and smiling again. 🤗😊

    I’ve been doing your workouts consistently 3-6 times a week since end of December 2022 & I went from 156 to 134! I previously lost weight but hit a plateau for a good while until I found your huge variety of workout videos! I used to be 180 made it to 156 & got stuck but thanks to your videos Im not only losing weight im seeing a change in my body. I’ve lost inches & I can see the shift in my arms legs & abs! Thank you!

    Trying this today for my Fibromyalgia I know the best thing for me is to move my body even when I feel like I can’t go on. I’ll let you know how it goes!

    Thanks for the workout, I don't need to lose weight but I mainly did it for my mental health and hopefully it could help me sleep early
