Baking has to be a lot more precise than cooking because of the reactions that have to take place, and if I recall Keith is actually a pretty decent cook? (I can't remember which video exactly I saw this lol) So I think if this was more cooking and less baking, Keith would probably have done better. Baking can honestly be really hard even with a recipe, lots of foods require specific technique in addition to the right ingredients.
Things I've learned from this series: Ned is an average, successful home baker. Eugene is incredibly creative. Keith really loves his daddy. Zach is trying his best.

True, nine eggs _would_ taste eggy if uh...the egg flavor weren't being jumped in a dark alley by gochugang, pumpkin Bailey's, chocolate chips, a literal half-cup of miso, Khalua, vanilla, pecans, a fraught historical relationship between two neighboring countries... All joking aside, Eugene made a _massive_ amount of cookie dough, so even with 9 eggs I think it isn't as crazy egg-heavy as it seemed. I did laugh my butt off when he said he'd prefer to pull his cookies when they were "chewy" instead of "super crispy"...no sir. That many eggs and that much mixing...you get cakey or bready.

Fun fact: it’s actually not the raw eggs that is bad for you in cookie dough, it’s actually the raw flour, so if you want to eat raw cookie dough just heat up the flour for one minute and it’s safe to eat (it’s because you can’t wash flour before grinding it, so yeah)
