not sure what she was talking about there. 10 minutes maybe to prepare pastry, rest it for an hour, blind bake 15 minutes then you're filling it, bake for however long you need but it's usually going to be 20 minutes or under then it's done.So maybe like 2 hours tops for your average pie.
I think she was maybe including time for the dough to rest and cleaning time? Since she was talking about somebody theoretically making pie at home? It still felt like a huge overestimate

Keith is probably my favorite in all without a recipe seasons. Not only does he like always encourage the other guys but he is super nice and helping when someone else needs help with their dish. It actually was really sad that Keith was doing everything right when making his pie in till the pie weights came in.

I’m in cooking classes for adults with disabilities, and what gave me courage to join the class was watching without a recipe. I used to cook a lot before I started having trouble with my eye sight. Keith is probably my favorite in all without a recipe seasons. Not only does he like always encourage the other guys but he is super nice and helping when someone else needs help with their dish. It actually was really sad that Keith was doing everything right when making his pie in till the pie weights came in.
