Same here, I changed the ECU because of the damn code 9, now it's another Accord, it doesn't vibrate, runs smooth, and it starts instantly, your video convinced me, thanks you bro!!! My Accord its a 95' F22B1 AT, now with a ECU 98' 😅
Mine started to miss on cold start for a couple seconds code 9 came up. Dizzy was already new yr ago so I just warranty it out. Week later same issue code 9 at first crank. I was thinking ecu now Ima definitely order 1
Makes sense. I'd also check and clean the wiring harness connectors that go to the distributor just in case if you haven't already. With our Hondas aging I started ordering replacement capacitors off of mouser's site and have been replacing the capacitors in the computers for peace of mind. Simple to do with a cheap Ebay adjustable soldering iron, flux, a bottle of rubbing alcohol, qtips, and some solder. Any used computer I would absolutely do this to. The Transmission computers for the Accords on the other hand are a bit thicker than the engine computers and I'm doing some tests to relocate the capacitors to a daughter board. I'll post my results soon.
I think this may be my problem. I have a jdm gsr swap in a 95 civic with a cel 4,8,9,15 after sitting for while cause I have 2 other cars. I just put a new dizzy in but still havethe same codes. I have working b16 obd1 ecu I'll be putting in to see if the codes go away
That does sound like a possible ecu issue. Have you opened up the ecu that was throwing the codes and look for any capacitors bulging on the bottoms or tops or any strange corroded/rusty solder joints?
If your wiring is good and you've tried replacing the distributor and it's still throwing a code 9 It's most likely the ecu. That's how I solved my issue in this video.

I'm having that code 9 for long time only with the obd1 ecu but can't find nothing yet
