I didn´t know about the Ctrl+Del thing.
Makes me feel bad about my horrible topology.

i tried to delete a floating vertice by using both Delete and ctrl + Delete but it does not want to be deleted. How can i fix this problem ?

You might have some other issues with geometry such as overlapping faces sitting on top of each other or double edges. You might need to delete the faces and re-create them again. Can't be sure 100% without looking at it but that should fix it.
