thank you so much! ive been fighting with nurbs my whole summer session of my 3d class :) ive subscribed bc your voice is so calm and reminds of the great radio guy Karl Haas who had a program called Adventures in Music :) and bc your explanations are so great! thanks!
Sorry to be offtopic but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Coleman Simon Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
great tutorial but still have a question. How do you control surface continuity when attaching 2 surfaces. This is something that would be useful control for automotive modeling.
hey, i have several tutorials on NURBS surfaces. see for example this one: th-cam.com/video/UnK7EXzlEbo/w-d-xo.html. and sorry for being to curt, ----maximilian
I don't know what you mean. All curves are visible in the viewport, unless you hide them or use the "show" selection in the videwport where you can hide all curves.
Still helping ppl 6 years later thank you!
Thx!
Your videos are elegant as a nurb curve. Thank you.
i was using NURBS made a head and car in 2005, cant imagine that a long time ago.
in that time period, SubD modeling pops up.
Very helpful and easy understanding, thanks for sharing!
Thanks sir. The clip is really on point and easy to understand.

Thanks a lot! From Korea
my pleasure, and greetings to korea!
Great explanation. Thank you.
my pleasure!
Exactly what i need. Thank you for great tutorial
You really like that smooth wonderful surface boi
Yep, I like NURBS, if that‘s what you mean. In the early days of Maya the Polygon tools were minimal; it was a NURBS program then.
Omg thank you so much 🥺❤️
Hi
Thank's for sharing

no need to apologize, your channel is great. thank you for the help :)
Very Useful Thank you so much!!! But I have a little question how do you get rid of the blue (curve) lines later ??
I don't know what you mean. All curves are visible in the viewport, unless you hide them or use the "show" selection in the videwport where you can hide all curves.
Thank you so much for your video
when I hold press C the snapping doesn't pop out :( I couldnot proceed further.
you need to get a feeling for snapping. it‘s a bit tricky, but easy once you tried it several times.
Hello, I love your tutorials. I would like to ask you if you could make a parametrical tutorial. Like zaha hadid aesthetique.
So sir it is the same as a modeling in Autodesk Alias?
yes, almost the same UI, and the same tools, plus measurment tools for dimensions.
fuck man finding someone who knows how to teach 3d is like finding gold in 1929
For manufacturing and industrial design, NURBS is indispensible.
that‘s one of the reasons i‘m doing these tutorials. hope i won‘t receive criticism from the hardcore poly modelers. ;-)
do you use autodesk alias?
if i USE or USED alias? i don‘t.
great
maya a little bit easier than max
Very, very helpful, but the swallowing noises don't help with concentrating xD
glad the “noises“ enhanced your user experience ;-)
