My dear KayKay I have a question, I want my glutes and legs to grow, but on your calendar they don't rest after leg day, and there is only one leg day. Everyone says that should train your glutes and legs 3 times a week. I want to know how you did it and what do you recommend?
I'll try this. Fun way to challenge the body is to wear some extra weight. I use 10kg weight vest + 1kg wrist weights + 2kg ankle weights. These low impact workouts work well with that.
That was absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for that. I am currently on a business trip, therefore I don't have access to any weights, so I am really happy about this no-equipment workout!

Decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and follow the November calendar. This was a killer, but I made it further than I thought I would, with modifications. I'm looking forward to the next workout!
This was hands-down one of the best low impact workouts I've ever done. Absolutely loved it. Just that I'm able to do such 60mins+ sessions only over the weekend as it's tough to find time for long sessions on weekdays.
I did a wonderful job today with your routine and I thank you because I have surgery on both knees and doing weight kills me.❤❤❤thank you so much you are wonderful ❤❤❤
