I have been following many TH-cam channels fir low intensity workouts trust me in this what many of them do is like a warmup hardly u can feel anything burned in the same amount of time as yours on the other hand your low impact workouts are so wholesome and challenging it burns like hell that’s what low impact workout means. Thank you for the amazing workout 🏋️♀️.

It was challenging and energetic at the same time 🔥😋💪. I guess, in respect of psycological improvement, bodyweight exercises focused on strength build give us more realization of our own inner strength and self control, while exercises with additional weights are more about abuility to withstand outter challenges. That's why I like diversity in workouts. Vielen dank für die Workout, Kathrin! 🌹 I burned 488 Cals with a bit of additional stretch.🎉
I tried this workout for the first time yesterday, I loved it, I love low impact because I focus more on the proper form of the exercise and in the end I'm dead and tired but proud of myself. Thank you so much, you're a great inspiration :)

This is a great workout when you want to move your muscles and get a little breathless but not go bananas. Did this the day after a 60 min power workout from kaykay. Best workout channel, period!

Ich hänge leider 2 Tage hinterher, weil ich zwischendurch noch tanze und dann ist es einfach zu viel Sport manchmal. Am Sonntag war mein Körper tot nach dem Tanzen, deswegen habe ich dann am Montag spontan Restday gemacht und heute also dieses Workout. Habe ein paar Übungen allerdings geskippt, weil ich noch nicht wieder ganz erholt bin, aber es hat trotzdem gut getan! Vielen Dank und ich werd es durchziehen!!! 💪💯☺

This one was another great workout, pushing my boundaries on some of these, I struggle with the ab ones due to my back but I do as many as I can and have a rest and get back to it 💪🏼
