Not true oil oxidation causes cancer. Most olive oil is not tracked from grove to final bottling. If you research where the product was sourced maybe. Most olive oil is blended from whatever year's crop is the most available and cost effective. It means that oil may have been sitting ( oxidizing ) for a year or more.

Oleic fatty acid found in olive oil is the same fatty acid that makes up bacon. Our digestive tracts more resemble a wolf's than a groundhog or pretty much any other herbivore and we don't convert plants into 70% fats like herbivores do. Most of it just goes to waste because our appendixes are too short to handle it. So claiming that plant fiber cleans out arteries is not just a lie, it is probably what misleads people into eating as many pesticides as they do to try to digest plants that their bodies can't even convert into phyto nutrients.

That's right. And not just these 5 vegetables, there are numerous vegetables and fruits that we must eat regularly in order to have a significantly lower chance of heart trouble. And don't forget apples, the "apple a day keeps the doctor away" still bears weight. But we must eat the apple with the skin, the skin is where the fiber, pectin, and antioxidants are. Messege to everyone out there: Stop peeling apples and throwing the peels away! Eat the peels too!

Nohemy: And nobody has told you to increase your consumption of olive oil? Nutritionists have known since at least the early 1970s that olive oil STOPS arthritis from getting worse. Olive oil does not reverse arthritis, but preventing it from getting worse is a major boon. I have never read anywhere what quantity of olive oil is required.
I get leg cramps if I don't keep my salt and potassium balanced, and I hate leg cramps, so I put olive oil in/on lots of stuff. For example, when I take soup off the stove, I add in olive oil. I will drink olive oil straight immediately, if a keg cramp starts.
My younger brother and sister complain of arthritis, but I have none because I have increased my olive oil for decades.

I posted a video on this. The best way to clean arteries is with vitamins K2/D3. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium, while vitamin K2 moves calcium into bones and teeth, rather than arteries and soft tissues. This combination can help strengthen bones and improve bone density. I took this combination for 30 days, and the results were incredible. Stay healthy everyone!

@jayparmar2322 You're absolutely right, and thanks for bringing this up! Meats can indeed be an important part of a balanced diet, providing essential proteins, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that our bodies need. It's all about choosing the right types of meat - opting for leaner cuts and considering how they're prepared. Balancing these with a variety of other foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats ensures a well-rounded approach to nutrition. It's great to have such insightful contributions to our discussions. Let's keep sharing and learning together! 🍖🥦🌟

Actually, back in the day when Black people could not afford, or were not allowed to see doctors....they stayed healthy and lived long lives eating collard greens, sweet potatoes, peas, beans, watermelon, berries, nuts etc. All grown from the land they owned. More than a few of my "old" relatives "dipped snuff". They ate pork, eggs, butter, fried foods and red meat. But somehow these high fat high cholesterol foods were not detrimental to their health. They also walked almost everywhere. Many of them lived well into their 90s. My Grandmother's Aunts all lived to be 90+...and one Aunt, who was born a slave, lived to be 103. Also, they lived Godly lives and reverenced The Most High God daily. All praises to The Most High God, Yeshua. Actually, the Holy Scriptures tell us to let food be our medicine. Food can extend or shorten our lives.
