Hi! I don't find that it makes it noticeably salty but if you're concerned about that you can always use low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos and/or omit or reduce the salt from the dry rub. Enjoy!
Hi, I do trim off anything I find excessive/wouldn't eat but a little bit of fat is good for flavour so I don't take it all off before cooking - if anything, I remove it after. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I used this recipe as a guideline today and i dissolved two beef bullion cubes into two cups of water and it's the perfect amount.
