Today, it was this recipe's turn for a try. All I can say is this is some mighty tasty tuna! 😋 I've put it to marinate for 1 hour, pan-seared it, and served it with stir-fried vegetables. It's a perfect break between two meatballs dishes! 😁

Hate to be that guy but you're using the wrong side of the foil for wrapping. The bright side should be in contact with the food, the matte side isn't treated like the bright side and has harmful residues. The more you know.

Hi! It'll definitely work with bell peppers - They’ll pickle up just fine, though keep in mind they’re milder than jalapeños and chilies, so the final flavour will be sweeter and less spicy. But if you’re up for a milder batch, bell peppers are a great swap! As for the salt - Iodized salt can work, but it’s not ideal for pickling. The iodine might mess with the colour a bit and leave a slight metallic taste. Sea salt, kosher, or pickling salt are usually better since they’re pure and keep the flavours clean. If you don’t mind a bit of colour or taste change, go for it-but if you can grab some non-iodized salt, it’s worth it!

How in advanced should I make this before serving with my dinner? Does it need time to marinate together?
@joenastii6954 it's good both ways. You can make it fresh or up to a few hours before. If you make it too early, it might get soggy/lose some crunch.

OK, I have to say it. The Hip Hip Gourmet meatballs are some addictive stuff! I happened to have ground moose, so that's what I used to try this recipe. UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!! 😍 The flavour of game meat with all the spices, plus the yogourt sauce, is unmatched! I would like to ask if you would recommend making smaller balls to cook in the oven? This is by far how I prefer cooking the Polpette, but I didn't dare to try it this time, because, well it's moose! Once again, Thank You So Very Much!! 🥰
Yummmm!!! I love moose! But i would imagine, as you did, that it would probably be a bit dry if made smaller and cooked in the oven. Not sure though - perhaps one of us should test it out 🤣 the yogurt sauce will save the day if they come too dry anyway so not too much to lose! I don't think I've baked the polpette before even though I do love a baked meatball. It's just the way my parents/grandparents always did it as Italians love to fry things in oil 😂 I'll have to try baking them if you say they still come out delicious!!! I'm so glad you're enjoying my recipes - I'm travelling at the moment so that's why there's nothing new but new stuff coming in the near future! 😉

Do you need to wrap each bulb individually or can you batch it? Was thinking of a muffin tin, bulb in each space, then foil the top.

How long did u leave on each side?
Hi! Just a couple minutes per side. So the first side, you don't flip until the white parts are fully set and the second side just needs a couple minutes until it's all hard throughout and you can easily slide it out of the pan. Enjoy!

We've got good ol' yellow mustard, whole grain mustard, Calabrian chili Crunch (bought from my local Italian Deli, it's basically crushed calabrian chilies with a crunch), and chioptle mayonnaise (which I make myself - find the recipe by searching hip hip gourmet chipotle mayonnaise on google). Every gravy is keto. Anything is keto if you eat enough spoonfuls of oil. But even if you substituted that almond flour with half the amount of corn or potato starch it would be good for people with nut allergies and just as "keto".

@JeffFraser-y3v I'm sure either of those will work too but honestly, these potatoes are so good with just the olive oil and water and taste exactly like the Greek potatoes you'd get at a Greek restaurant but I'm not opposed to trying it with stock instead!
