Interesting video thanks, I am not a big fun of overly loud exhausts on my bikes but some factory spec ones are dreadful..A good sound is important. It increases the pleasure of riding and the alertness of others (don’t depend on it though). Too loud however it’s tiring after an hour or two, I wear earplugs but still after a point it’s just annoying. At the same time “too” is subjective 😅
Nice. What sounds better the V2 with Arrow or R1 with SC, baffles out? Also, do you think the Yamaha is smoother and not as clunky shifting as the Ducati?
It's a matter of preference my friend, r1 is faster and has a more aggresive seating position, the v2 is more comfortable and more designed for the street, ypu can track it, but it's design for the streets, personally i think the crossplane engine in the r1 sounds better but the v2 sounds good too, at the end of the day is a matter of preference
The shorty is definitely a street pipe. @JacobVillemain quick question, do you (or anyone) know a shop that can properly rebuild a R1M engine in the central TX area? There seems to be no reputable shops in South Texas.
same with my R1, i bought arrow competition race exhaust fullsystem. i didnt know that the stock header already titanium. *sigh. i should only buy link pipe and muffler only. save me alot. but i do notice that r1 need to remove rear peg ya? its really cant mount the muffler directly to the peg? or need some modification?
Graves is good bro but SC Project has a reputation for being one of the best, I would personally choose SC Project because of their presence in MotoGP, I'm aware that graves works in conjunction with Yamaha but it's expensive
New system is cool, but man i gotta say I don't get just being the loudest guy in the city. That's the reason new laws keep restricting us in general. Looks damn good though.
I heard from the Yamaha dealership that is only for the UK European emissions reasons but the USA will continue to get 2025 and so on R1s and R1Ms until Yamaha decides to sell the R1 and M as track only bike due to prices and everyone wanting street fighter style naked bikes. but most dealerships want you to believe that we will no longer get R1s to hike up the prices...all we can do is wait and Cross our fingers
That sounds RAD!
Personally i think the other sc project on sounded better , noice odometers at tracks are so stupid
Can I buy the old exhaust??
😢
$400 and I got you
lol. i was gonna ask the same question😂
@@yamaharidaaa8732 you could buy mine lol
looks awesome and sounds great👌
there is Akra WSBK style and its amazing too!
I think the SC captures more of that Cross plane sound
The eBay KO's are supreme!

I’ll buy the crt exhaust if you are selling!
To bad you didn't check out graves. Best sounding
Graves is good bro but SC Project has a reputation for being one of the best, I would personally choose SC Project because of their presence in MotoGP, I'm aware that graves works in conjunction with Yamaha but it's expensive
I think the SC1R sound better. It have that badass deep growl on it🔥🔥🔥
R1’s are nice but I’m still a Gixxer guy at ❤
4:30
9:13
SC1R shorties also sounds better on 600cc bikes. Specially when db killer is off
Ahhh, the R1 , it’s arguably the best liter bike money can buy,,, there’s no argument about the sound, it’s the best sounding liter bike made
Suaranya mantap kerrr kawan
WOW

cant have a race exhaust on a race track lol
Tracks with decibel limits are wack,
It seems that r1 production will end.
It ends only for street legal bike. We can still get it as a track bike

🤣🤣👍👍👍👍
Sc project is for the bmw ugly on the r1😂
hell nahh, akra gp or arrow evo way better for bmw
i hope youre not talking about the CRT
Selecting the pipe for its loudness is just ignorant. Select the pipe for performance. Running a loud pipe makes most people look like idiots.
For years Yamaha motorcycles have not sounded like a sports bike. Now they sound like a car. I don't like them anymore.
