I have a 2020 and love it and the best way to seat the rings is not to bang the rev limiter for one but a steady 4500 rpm for 20 min or so would be the best way to break in a new motor but everyone that does not build engines knows whats best lol and you always hold the front brake on when the calipers get tightened glad to see someone besides me that uses air to remove and install grips makes it so easy
Love the content and would not be exposed to options available with out watching motomillino vids, because im a premium guy I like premium parts. Thanks motomillion team!
To all the newbies. Keep it stock. For every change there MUST be another. It becomes a money pit. The average rider will be very happy just the way Yamaha, Honda , Kawasaki, Suzuki ,Ducati. Built it to be. With years of research and development. Track time, professional Riders, Engineers that have gone to college and handpicked for this work.
Still.....these bikes are built to a budget. If someone wants to make it faster, lighter and generally put better parts on THEIR bike, who cares? Not everyone buys a bike to sell it the next year. Keep the stock parts and if you do sell it to buy another just put all the stock parts back on it first and most of the upgraded parts like brakes, shocks, forks can be used on the new bike or sell them to recoup some of the money. Just because the people who built it went to college doesnt mean you shouldnt do upgrades 🤣🤣
@@ashofficial790 Forget college. My point is. One modification is impossible. It always needs to be followed up ALWAYS ! As far as budget is concerned when is the last time you looked at a price a brand new 1 L Superbike ? $17k ? More.

I get where you're coming from but honestly I love the wide bars on my s1000rr. And as much as I love the look of a R1M the riding geometry was what put me off getting this bike over the BMW. I commute on my bike and comfort is a big factor for me.
@@董家琪 Fair enough. I know that aggressive riding positions can become taxing on the body over distances and the extra width can help with that too. Edit : I have a CBR1000RR-R, but will do any long commuting in my cars.
for your information the velocity stacks work not like you mentioned. If the engine rpm is low the stacks are close to the throttle body so the inlet way is becoming longer which creates more torque. If the engine rpm is high they move away from the throttle body to shorten the inlet way which supports higher rpm better. Because the WSBK engine is built for higher rpm (has other camshafts) - which creates less torque in the lower range than the normal one - they had to make longer stacks to increase the torque in the lower rpm range as much as possible.
@Motomillion The air is always the same speed, but the length of the path into the engine changes, that's what matters here. (Different rpm create different frequencies so you need different length of the intake to support the sucking in of the air). High reving engines need short ways into the engine and low reving engines long ways.
You should of put an M4 exhaust there smaller one With the bezzle or without one for more extreme sound overall the change on the bike Is beautiful !!💯🇵🇷 Brooklyn love 💯
Quick question does running the after market exhaust system mean you can't have rear pegs because there us a braket holding the exhuat system where pegs are installed
Beautiful build! Fwiw that's not how velocity stacks work. Intake runner length only moves the power curve, it's not some bolt on power adder. For 99.9% of R1 owners these are not helpful since you're stealing power from other parts of the curve making it a slower, less responsive bike for the majority of riders. The only time this would be helpful is if you're specifically targeting a certain rpm to make power, for race guys that's all the way at the top. Even for the top end guys you're giving up more on the bottom to make maybe 2-3hp more on top which isn't enough to notice. Last tip race fuel doesn't increase power, unless your build and tuner requires it. Enough with the "i'm not on race fuel" everyone 🤦♂️ Beautiful build, much respect on that and thanks for the video! I'm just sharing some tips that may help someone looking into R1 mods.

Lever guard is there to prevent accidental impact from applying your brakes. That is why.
