Get Vesrsah SRJL XX pads. They are incredible, the stoping force on track is amazing and they still work well on the street. I ran those ebc pads for one track day and it was the least confident braking I’ve ever felt.
I agree with you 100%. I installed them on my R1M with motul 600. Did a whole trackday with OEM and the next track day with the srjl XX and motul 600 and you can feel the difference. But of course, these are better than OEM
I highly recommend the Vesrah XX brake pads for trackday, smooth initial bite and strong and consistent feel under extreme hard braking with no fades whatsoever
Hey bro! Been watching for a while now love the videos, had a question for my ls7 im building. New forged rotating assembly, Darton sleeved getting it ready for my d1x, about to start setting bearing clearances im wondering on what you’d recommend them to be at for mains and rods. Itll be living around 800-900 wheel. Would appreciate some feedback thanks!
yeah well..I dont get it why to do it this way...remove calipers..pull out the old pads..pump the brakes to get pistons further out.. CLEAN the calipers and then put new pads...like cleaning is basic thing to do...and I do track days multiple years now.
