It's weird that I usually get low cortisol signs, but my adrenal crises have come without me noticing the early signs at all. Once I start throwing up, it's too late to try to get oral hydrocortisone to stay in. Sometimes, it just comes as a total surprise.
Mine adrenal crises have happened usually at summer time and I suspect that the hot weather have also played a role to get me into such a bad condition so fast. I live in Northern Europe and my tolerance for hot weather is not good.

I have injected many times. It is extremely difficult on one's own and in UK we get hydrocortisone sodium phosphate 1mg, no mixing. Once I used my arm, very painful, please avoid. My most recent the 9 th October & injected. Always have 2 vile in all kits. . I a!So keep dishes of salt & sugar cubes all over house and trying to source small glass bottles water. The sink is a long way up in a crisis. Stopped dyoralite due to the potassium. Thanks Jill

Why do you find it difficult? Have you been trained by a nurse?❤

@@brendad7313 Not sure what I said in the video...I remember it was difficult doing the video and loading the syringe because my hand is in a splint...I know when I needed it it was a difficult decision that I should have made and done the injection. ❤ Yes I have been trained just never have down one personally
