Bagel Bites

  • Bagel Bites are simple and delicious and with only 3 ingredients it is a fabulous protein filled snack.
    You can bake them in the air fryer or in the oven.
    These were absolutely delicious!! Hot or cold!
    * 1 cup almond flour
    * 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
    * 1/2 tsp baking powder
    Mix almond flour, yoghurt and baking powder in a bowl. Mix and knead for a few minutes.
    Roll into 1 tbsp sized balls .
    Roll in everything but the bagel seasoning.
    Bake in air fryer 350c/180c for ten minutes.
    Bake in a preheated 400f/200c oven for about 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.

    Made these with cottage cheese (didn't have gr yog) ...absolute delish!!

    can you substitue creamed cottage cheese with yogurt?

      Good question. I would try , the yoghurt consistency is not as thick as the creamed cottage cheese but it should work.

    Can this be done with quinoa flour?

      Yes, it should be fine, might taste a bit different from the quinoa flour but will still be delish.
