    I read that for people in their 40's or 50's Ozempic can age them and create what is called an Ozempic face. I'm #3. My motivation sucks. I admit it. I own it. Not proud of it. I don't expect a magic cure. It is all on me. I don't eat enough at times and sometimes not the right foods. What i am sticking to is swimming twice a week at the Y and i rejoined my weight loss group. It's a start. I got off from my diabetic med and i want to stay off it. I want off my blood pressure med. I want off levothyroxin and rosuvastatin. Hopefully losing the weight will help me acheive those goals.

      You can do this Pam. It's more about eating the right foods. And you can get off those meds.
