    No fats post workout....orders a 20g fat hamburger with 12g sat fat....could've had avocado for less fat. Or a leaner protein like chicken breast etx. Someone @ me with an explanation!!

    The concept of the anabolic window is, after intense workouts the body is in a depleted state where our muscle glycogen is used up and muscle fibres are torn so the body is easily able to absorb nutrients such as proteins and carbs to refuel the muscle glycogen along with the amino acids which is provided from the protein source...the anabolic window helps in recovery so that we can repair/refuel the muscles asap specially since we get a testosterone boost for a brief time after workouts...a lot of "fitness" TH-camrs say the anabolic window is not necessary but imo it's helpful in faster recovery which is important if someone wants to train consistently to the best of their abilities

    I know I should probably not be saying this but I train as hard as I can but when it comes to food, especially in a restaurant....man I am sorry but I don't care of carbs and proteins..as long as it is tasty and good...that is what it all matters to me.....at the end I still feel my muscled fueled up for the next one. In fact and whenever I get the chance I go to a buffet, I eat 4-6 plates of good stuff and my body feels great. I think life is too short to be missing the good stuff when you get the chance.....I am not very good when it comes to dieting. But I try to eat healthy though, especially in the week. Weekends are my cheat meals jajaj
    Of course my body is not even close to be as fit as Sadik's but I still feel strong and in great shape compared to the average of guys my age. In fact and in my workouts, I feel Ivan Drago, Arnold, Mike Tyson, Lesnar....a little bit of any of these guys jajaja

    You're supposed to eat after you train no doubt about it and it's important to have something half an hour after you train like a protein shake but in regards to meals it's not necessary. Eat 1-2 hours afterwards is totally fine. But you do need something after you train.

      Same thing with me mate. I take 30 grams of protein after working out and eat about 45-60 mins later. So, yes drinking protein shake after your workout is very good and recommended by many. You have to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

    If you go hard working out and you have good genes, you can eat whatever you want. You just have to understand caloric intake and caloric expenditure, and you'll be ok.

    Im going to take his advice as “ya gotta eat, so do it soon”. But science has proven you can eat a bit later and it does not matter. You can argue that why wait a half hour then... eat a whole meal right after you step into the locker room. Why wait until there like jet room? Just eat half way into the work out then.
