I’ve watched this video about 7-8 months ago. Past then I weighed 128kg and felt terrible with myself. After watching this video I started to watch more videos from Chris and thats when I started to work out again and tried to eat 6/7 days a week as clean as possible. Now I go to the gym 5 times a week lost 33kg and I feel better than ever. Dear Chris your videos were one of the reasons I started to go to the gym and eat healthy. Even if we will never meet I am really thankful for a person like you who tries to motivate other people with your videos. Keep up that good work 💪🏻

I am not really into bodybuilding but i really respect the discipline you need to have. Going to the gym is one thing but the whole thing with food is just admiring to me how disciplined a guy can be. Definitely a lot to learn for me 👍🏻
I’ve recently gotten into body building and I can confirm the food part is so hard!! I work out 6 days a week, I go hard in the gym but I only eat like 1 meal a day and snack 😩😩 it’s hard to eat properly and also eat enough to build muscle!!
