    I really love what you said about comfort food. I think that it is pretty much impossible to be 'super clean' all the time. Not to say boring as well. Training is no problem, going hard is no problem and sleep is definitely not hard to do. The biggest challenge is food, that is my reality. If I keep my plan 90% of the time it is more enjoyable to let yourself 'cheat' a little. But not in excess. And give yourself more cred for what you are achieving.

    I cringe so hard at people commenting about steroids. If you truly believe in your mind that Sadik's physique and fitness is only due to steroids, you're actually ill and have never visited a gym in your life. Take a look around any gym and watch the known gear users there, none of them even come close to what Sadik has achieved. Regardless of steroids this takes an absolutely INSANE amount of discipline. Pay credit where credit is due. God bless you Sadik, you've motivated many.

    Brother.. a humble request, please create a Ramadan diet video. We do Intermittent Fasting throughout the daytime but still won’t loose fat by end of the month. It seems, still diet is the key.
    Can you please point out what is the best meal for breaking the fast, followed by dinner and pre fast meal?

      Brother break fast with some dates or fruit to get ur blood sugar up , continued by soup or broth to restore ur gut lining , then you can proceed to having a carb/ fat meal. 😁

    Number one reason for me is I’m not getting on stage and number two reason is I like being 15-20% bf and feel stronger and healthier . I don’t feel healthy sliced and diced but I totally understand why the competitors on stage take it to the extremes and have huge respect for anyone who can do it naturally or with minimal enhancements .

    Great informative video. Best I've seen on getting lean. The extra water definitely helps, I take a cycling bottle to bed with me and if I wake up in the night which I do 2-3 times, I will have a quick swig then finish it as soon as I sit up in bed in the morning. I will add that fasting helps massively too, I'm not talking about 24 hours+ but working out first thing in the morning before eating, just water and black coffee, THEN having breakfast.

    I like the Jasmine minute maid rice cups. The Jasmine rice tends to not dry out as fast and get 'crunchy' like other white rice does. So if you make a meal or meal prep and reheat next day.

      YESSS!!! that's it!!! can't break the laws of thermodynamics, eat mcdonalds every day but in a deficit and you'll LOSE FAT, eat HEALTHY avocados, nuts, and salmon but in a surplus, you'll GAIN FAT!!!

      @@shinzman87 Of course the quality affects your fat loss, healthier fats like and complex carbs, and lean proteins have a higher thermic defect of food TEF, which will allow you to burn a little more calories through digestion, but to LOSE FAT, you still need to be in a calorie deficit whether it’s healthy or junk food
      You can’t break the laws of physics

      You’re such a hater! Sadik is out here helping people who want to learn and better their personal health and here you’re being negative. Steroids or not it’s not your concern and he still is a hero to most of us on here hence why we subscribed so we can support him on the journey he’s on and he’s making these videos to help us get on the same level he’s on.
      The difference is he’s been doing this for years some of us haven’t even hit five years.

    Good video I liked the information and also didn’t come across as overly difficult or super extra, straight to the point super casual but all relative and mixed in the idea that not everyone wants to or can be constantly cooking over a stove so adding frozen veggies and ready to cook rice is helpful

    Bodybuilders show there workouts, meal plans, preach all these work hard cheesy quotes on instagram but they'll never show ALL the supplements they take! There is no way to look like this naturally. The closest thing you can get to a natural athletic fit body would probably be either a professional fighter or a football player. Just my opinion.

A professional fighter or football player works as hard if not harder than any bodybuilder yet they look like a normal dude. Not overly inflated. Look at a NFL OL player. They probably lift as much as a bodybuilder yet they look normal af. Most of the OL men actually look fat af LOL

      @@Tkenny35 But foot ball players and fighters don't necessarily train like a natural body builder. Natural bbuilders can look incredible. I'm not saying Sadik is natty probably not. But foot ball players mostly just bench and do strength training I would imagine. Not exactly focused on hypertrophy specifically. I doubt football players are eating like a bbuilder. They eat whatever they want for performance mostly to have energy and recover. Foot ball players depending on their position. Workout to compliment what they need performance wise. If it's to run a lot and fast then endurance squatting and some strength sets. They do a lot of plyometrics type athletic based workouts to. There not exactly trying to sculpt thier bodies though. Fighters don't eat like bbuilders. They do a lot of different workouts besides weights. They train to stay in their weight class. Not to gain mass and a lot if muscle.

    This is good tips but the only thing that will get you shredded is a slight calorie deficit with 1g protein per body weight in pounds and training not to lose muscle
