Finally got that answer on whether he needs to cut out the Sodium completely but this vid pretty much answered it. Thanks to Sadik for the insight into his diet.. this was awesome M&S!!!
He doesn't choose his foods properly, too many carbs, and those frozen veggies can have sodium in them, check the label first. Egg whites are not 1% as nutritious as whole eggs. The almond butter he choose has cane sugar and sodium in it I believe. He needs organic almond butter that says just almond butter. The Splenda is poison, did he really buy that ?

Been natural bodybuilding for years and I figured all this out on my own, I can confirm everything he said in this video is true. Sad part is, you could follow everything these pros do and still end up no where near their level, but you’ll be surprised with the results you make for yourself. Keep going 💪🏻

When you get to the point where you ate clean for a long time, sweets and other shit aren't that attractive anymore.. therefore I'm always happy with my lean food because I know I won't be a fat fuck in a few months 😂 also you'll notice that your digestion is much better with qualitative carbs and fats instead of sugar and bad fats 🤷 just my opinion but I like my food without the need of burger king eg

The premade rice is very convenient. But I just make 5 cups of rice which turns into about 15 when cooked. Takes 30 minutes and I can use it for about 4-5 days. Guess it's preference

As a European, I wondered why it was so difficult to buy fresh unprocessed food in America. Americans prefer (or only get) processed or frozen foods. Here in Europe you can buy much better fresh food and many also cook for themselves. I think that is much healthier and tastier.

I think it’s just cause he probably does 1 or 2 of these a day if you’ve seen his day eating videos. So you wouldn’t class an amount of something that last only 2 or 3 days as buying in bulk
I really like how simple he kept it - no need to pressure cook rice 3 times a day, or flash steam fresh veggies. As long as the nutrients are right, f**k it buy the stuff out of the box or frozen. Especially if the added convenience means you'll actually stick to your meal plan.
Im a month into my dieet now. I have so many questions that It kept me from starting with the dieet in the first place(not nee to fitness but Im a skinny fat kinda guy) I started by removing all of the suger/processed foods and eating outside like mac donalds. Then I started to work out more at home and using my body weight to train. Focusing on compound movements instead isolation moves. My food consists of tuna with brocoli and aspegeres. On some days I like to make a protein smoothie with peanut butter almond milk, honey and whey proteines. This guy seems so calm and relaxed and It's very confortable just listening to him. I hope I can reach his level of knowledge some day. I gotta say guys. I feel kinda great.
I really don‘t understand why people buy special glutenfree oats? oats are naturally gluten free and I highly doubt he is suffering from celiac disease
Alexi B Oats are often grown right next to wheat fields so it’s not uncommon for wheat to blow over into the oats, gluten free oats are a lot easier on the stomach even if ur not suffering from celiac disease
Some people just feel better gluten free,even if they're not celiac. For instance, you can become less constipated. As for me, I have autoimmune issues (dysautonomia) which there is no medicine for, (though they can treat some symptoms) but a gluten free diet sometimes helps (they don't know why) as to oats, there is alot of contamination with oats/wheat. If gluten is.a.problem for you, I guarantee you, you won't want to play with "what if" . For me, it's like getting a really bad flu/cold.

quaker oats has lots of filler and preservatives,go for organic oats.He recommended almond butter that has palm oil,buy 100% almonds with no palm oil.Buy fermented pickles that has no vinegar.Egg yolks are good fat.dont just eat the whites,buy paisture raised ,organic meat,eggs.
Instead on pickles I used a cheapo route and eat small salt packets with water. I did the pickles too but I found that it would start filling me up after 1 or 2 and I need that space for the post shake and post meal. So every little bit counts for me. But it’s like you said. Know your body! Nice video.
Me and him could be roomies. I eat the same exact stuff. Just prob lesser quantity. I’m also pretty creative with those ingredients so they’re pretty tasty and don’t get too boring 💁🏻♀️

If you don't mix the egg yolk with the whites, the whites will not digest/absorb properly. If I'm not mistaken, there is an enzyme in the yolk that helps break down the proteins in the whites.
That is a really complicated question haha. At a base level, not much difference at all. From a dieting standpoint, there's all sorts of different micronutrients, satiating components, textural differences, and everyone's body can react differently to certain carb sources when you're at a level of leanness that a pro bodybuilder gets to.

what's wrong with the egg yoke? isnt there a lot of nutrition there? Also, fat is insulin neutral so not sure it is that bad to have a lil higher fat content in the meat. I guess you have to be super disciplined though.
great vid, very informative...but dude don't eat processed rice from Uncle benz, make a pan full of Basmati rice and you're set for 2-3 days in the fridge, the taste is amazing it makes everything better
Greg Pettis hey Greg, I use with one cup of the (basmati) rice with about one and 2/5 cup of water. I also add a pinch of salt to it. Let it boil for a few seconds. Then turn the heat at its lowest. Cover the pan with the lid and just leave it alone for about 22 minutes. Then turn of the heat and let it sit for 5 more minutes with the lid closed. And that’s it:) you may find a different ratio more suitable for you...but it’s always good to experiment a little

I think it’s because most oats are progressed in factories that also process foods than contain gluten

If you don't mix the egg yolk with the whites, the whites will not
digest/absorb properly. If I'm not mistaken, there is an enzyme in the yolk
that helps break down the proteins in the whites.

how is the carbs from rice any different than say bagels or cereal? what difference does it make?
That is a really complicated question haha. At a base level, not much difference at all. From a dieting standpoint, there's all sorts of different micronutrients, satiating components, textural differences, and everyone's body can react differently to certain carb sources when you're at a level of leanness that a pro bodybuilder gets to.

what's wrong with the egg yoke? isnt there a lot of nutrition there? Also, fat is insulin neutral so not sure it is that bad to have a lil higher fat content in the meat. I guess you have to be super disciplined though.
G. Moore Prepping for a bodybuilding show requires a unique diet which is at times lower in fat and sometimes carbs
great vid, very informative...but dude don't eat processed rice from Uncle benz, make a pan full of Basmati rice and you're set for 2-3 days in the fridge, the taste is amazing it makes everything better

Greg Pettis hey Greg, I use with one cup of the (basmati) rice with about one and 2/5 cup of water. I also add a pinch of salt to it. Let it boil for a few seconds. Then turn the heat at its lowest. Cover the pan with the lid and just leave it alone for about 22 minutes. Then turn of the heat and let it sit for 5 more minutes with the lid closed. And that’s it:) you may find a different ratio more suitable for you...but it’s always good to experiment a little
