If you're still struggling with peace of mind, something that helped me with parental loss were the teachings of Miyamoto Musashi one of Japan's greatest Samurai. His teachings are similar to Marcus Aurelius the last great Roman Emperor. Miyamoto's stoicism can be found all over youtube. Both of his parents died when he was 10. He would go on to win 60 life or death duels starting at age 15 and write one of the most awe inspiring works The Book of Five Rings which is filled with Stoic and Eastern philosophy that guides one through extremely difficult times.

The battle scenes, the character development, compelling story, interesting historical setting, score, magic, romance, pace, eternal questions. Clive was brilliant. The cast was terrific.

a deeply underrated movie! One of, if not the best depiction of King Arthur in movies. Grounded and mythical at the some time, show us a man that would've inspired a legend. Everyone is perfectly cast and chemistry between Ray Stevenson (RIP) and Ray Winstone is amazing

I was 7 when this film premiered. I remember my friend and I dressed up as Knights when we went to the cinema. Still a criminally underrated movie with an amazing cast.
It *would* have been a badass line, if that is what he said. The fact that you miss-heard Rome as realms, means you also missed the point of the sentence: the character development and belief changes in Arthur during the story.
@@Zurik23M almost all of the cast are superstars now and have big movies they've starred in. I don't know if the producers even realized what they had at the time, but they made the audience invest in all of them within the time limits of the movie.

Each and every line from the movie is so truthful. The genuineness of the characters and their personalities is so innately pure. The actors have done justice to the characters they have played and music, my soul craves for a work of art like this.
Clive Owen is by far my favorite actor, his performance in King Arthur is one of his best ones, and you depicted it in the best possible way through this tribute, as you always do, thank you ❤.
I was beyond ecstatic to actually see Hadrians Wall in the movie. So few people understand its former glory as it stands only by the foundations today.
I didn't like the movie. But then I saw the Director's Cut version and it was a work of pure art. If they'd just released it instead of the original released one, it would have taken off and been a great box office hit, and deservedly so!

When the world around you withdraws from tough decisions. Will you withdraw or will you tilt and take on the problem. How you treat those around you and how you keep your eye on the target. Also there's nothing wrong with a good chick flick. There's plenty of great films that's "chick flicks" but have great a story for all sexes.

This is a very good Fan Vid. I saw King Arthur in theaters originally. I appreciated the original cut and timing with the soundtrack. I feel the directors cut is a tad over bloated but it still good. The best part is Arthur's meet and greet with the Saxon, horse snorting, camera circle tracking, it keeps the scene moving for what is to come. The director hand held the cam for that scene.
