I have given my best for this video and it was hard to edit this one but the story of Ragnar is worth it. He is my favorite character from Vikings. From a farmer to king to one of the most famous Viking in the world, he was truly a great man.

He is played so good by the actor. To see what became of Ragnar's sons i s so amazingly cool. Try to watch again, I promise it's worth it. Oh, King Alfred and his battlefield speech, omg! Him and his brother. Bro the show still has soooo many great moments

Oh Travis , once you died , you took the essence of vikings out of vikings , due to your great acting , when you left it was sadly never the same again. You were and are truly missed All hail Ragnar !
Seriously though as brutal as it was, one of the best scenes is ragnars first raid near england against the monks, its a very impressive display of viking cruelty, while showing how ragnar was more than how most vikings were, by him sparing athelstan.
Travis Fimmel really perfected this character, like Hugh Jackman for Wolverine .

He was truly the reason I watched the series. After his death it all went downwards for me to the point of flat out not watching it anymore. I felt he was the core of the whole thing and nothing after was as strong to carry the show.
Might rewatch it at some point, but only for him.
