    I love them but these movies/shows (LOTR and GOT) are biased against us Easterners in a subtle way.
    Evil always seems to be brewing up in the East and 'men of the West' are usually the saviours. Dothraki savages (again from East) were straight depictions of Arabs/Turkish nomads.
    This bias is understandable considering how the Western thought has evolved through centuries but us Easterners should be aware of it while consuming such brilliant piece of entertainment.

      @@noelle5499 Their bias is understandable but not justifiable.
      It's understandable because of perceived negative European (Western) experience with East i.e first with persians and then crusades.

      Cmon dude, stop with this woke shit. I'm a proud "easterling" myself and I find modern western culture inferior (ethically and morally), but stop shaming people in this pathetic way, they have the right to beautify their own, to feel pride. They already have a bunch of self-hating libtards who piss on their own ancestors, don't put more fuel on that fire ffs.

    • @Sobanhassan1761
      @Sobanhassan1761 2 ปีที่แล้ว +60

      @@DanielDem87 Reread my initial comment. I have no issues with Westerners propagating their perspective. I was merely pointing out that people of East should be aware of Western bias while consuming their content so that they do not turn into self hating Easterners.

    This video is simply wonderful. The hope that the fellowship held on to was so hard for them to kep. For to see past what their fear was telling them all the while, they had to keep going on nothing but hope and the love they had for their friends. However, the reality of love is that you don't need all of the answers, you just need to believe in your friends and family and remain true to them. And for a 5 minute video no less, this captures that perfectly. I don'tthink I've ever *almost* cried so quickly. The hope and fire which Mithrandir and Aragorn brought to the hearts of my men and I during the battle for the White City can never be repayed, but that is why true friendship has so much value. There is no afterwards seeking for recompense from either side, just a servant's heart and love.
    "...but each had great comfort in his friends on the long grey road."❤

      An all evil overlord? Sauron and Morgoth are still the best ones and they are genuinely terrifing and dark without beeing edgy
      A soft magic system? LOTR has the best soft magic system even tho the term "soft and hard" magic systems werent ivented at the time LOTR was published
