Have you tried to mount it up and do a test fire yet? I got mine yesterday and have a minarelli build and got it running with my setup using the pulse port before the reed not around it. It was feedind fuel just fine. Idled and revved out the box havent tuned it yet

Very good idea. Changing jets is a pain in the neck especially if traveling to high altitudes. You don't want to stop on the road to change jets.

You know it. And on some carbs, you cant find certain sized jets or for some of the PZ carbs, jets are nowhere to be found. So to have a carburetor that you can not only tune with only a screw driver, but can be used on everything from a 66cc chinadoll all the way to a 15hp 76mph Athena minarelli engine.

He uses the CDH110 intake manifold that goes from a 40mm bolt spacer (form the cylinder) to 47mm bolt spacing.
On his Athena minarelli, he uses the Smolikd Performance VM20 intake.

@@a.m.bgarage.everydayprojec9665 I had another question in your video unboxing the electric start 2 stroke motor you said the chain it comes with is trash because it bends easy side to side which makes sense motorcycle chains aren’t supposed to do that. And so I was just wondering where could I buy a better chain or if the stock one does fine for my build.
And what do you do with all the extra parts because it seems as you don’t use anything stock the engine comes with. do the extra parts just pile up somewhere? What do you do with them

And you're right. lol. I do like to upgrade a lot of things right out of the box (the sprocket, throttle assembly, intake, chain, spark plug, and of course ditching the stock exhaust gasket, chain guard, and tensioner). I keep most of the stuff for spare parts and in the past, I've been able to repurpose them.
Alot of the parts dont NEED to be replaced. But I upgrade the chain cause it just falls apart, the throttle assembly is made of soft plastic and is really sloppy (I like the short twist throttles), the stock cast intake usually leaks and interferes with the frame, the spark plug is TERRIBLE, the exhaust gasket doesnt seal very well and restricts the exhaust, you're better off not deleting your tensioner, and i dont think anyone uses a guard. lol

Nice 👍 i switched to a 090 carb from my pwk because on my piston port engine, it was giving me way too much fuel blowout from the intake. I switched to the 090 carb by making a custom intake and pulse line setup. I can tell you that this carb has plenty of mid range power, its not just low and full throttle like some people say.

Just had a goofy idea 💡 for a motorized bicycle made for a lumberjack with no drivers license.
Make a bicycle 🚲 frame where a large 100+cc chainsaw could quickly mount & dismount, using latches or 🔩 and a holder for the chainsaw bar...Run the rear wheel sprocket off an old saw chain that has the cutting teeth ground down. When the lumberjack gets to work. He quickly unmounts his chainsaw, puts the neck on & different cutting chain.
After work, he puts his trusty chainsaw back into the bicycle 🚲 frame and rides to the bar, on his way home from work.

Not only would the power probably be too much for a regular bike, but I do not foresee a way of holding said saw on the bike without it either jumping all over the place cause of the power, or have the HUGE bar not interfere with anything. Lol.
