Other than the NT not sealing all that great I'm sticking with it. I am not wasting my time trying to re-jet the Hp carb and the OKo personally I think it's too heavy for what it does. Not to mention I want everything inline not off to one side. Great video though Tony, Keep up the great work loving all the videos.

I hear you. There are bikes I have that the NT carb is perfectly fine. Then others the HP is great. That’s why I’m building the pink bike. So I can put all the crazy stuff on it 😁

I know you already have the dio reed, but there has been some heated arguments on weather or not the OKO carb gives better performance with a G2 reed or a DIO reed. It would be great if you could make an episode on this subject.

@@tonytaylor5087 I personally run a G2 reed with the OKO on a YD100 and it RIPS. The thing has SO much torque, it'll buck you off if you arent easy on the throttle. Ive heard the Iron Bore engine has even more torque, so pared with an OKO, decent reed setup, a half decent spark plug, and a decent exhaust, that thing will be a beast.

Carb 1 has occasionally float balance issues and the lil float mount tab imo especially when I hit jumps or bumps. Its still awesome but once you bend over the prongs trying to make it cut off gas flow earlier I never got it back right. But I still found it very dependable and a side tap w a screwdriver on side of the bowl is instant fix. I upgraded to HP and its ok for 14$amazon. Anxious to try the 3rd option i didn't know about that one till now 😮 thanks for your opinion brother 😊

nt crap carburetor: stock, no jet adjustment, 12mm air/fuel mixture inlet, restricts the engine, makes the engine too rich
hp: a little better but a Chinese copy of the 15sha whether in 15mm or 19mm model
    oko: the best possible

That's interesting. I tried an *HP* Carb on 3 different builds and got the same result(s)...Engine WOULDN'T idle no matter what I tried to do, although they DID run, wouldn't idle. Never tried the OKO, and the NT just gives me the best results and performance, but that's just me I guess...

I used some blue thread locker on little nut if blue don't work use red. Torque snug to where choke lever is a little hard to move but not way too hard & let thread lock dry. Or might try tighter to where lever is hard to move then slightly bend choke flap away from carb hole.

OK so where did you get that sick azz expansion chamber exchast on that pink bike from? I looked all over yalls site and couldn't find it. Right now I'm running a yamaha yz85 expansion chamber on my 80cc motor, reed valve 32mm carb, (came off the yz85 as well) having problems with rear motor mount. Has the 8mm motor mount bolts. Not enough room to put on bar. I'm using a 1972 schwinn has a bigger opening. Planning later on doing either twin motors or a 10hp honda 4cyl maybe even try putting a 150cc dirt bike motor. There's that much room.
