That's cool. The Huffy Cranbrooks are probably the most underrated frames. Are you using the horizontal engine mount?

A lot of people slap 80cc scooter cylinders on these engines, but there is a LOT of work that would need to go into putting a dirtbike cylinder on one of these.

Bolted directly to the disc brake rotor mount on the hub. But on other bikes, I use a hub adaper which clamps the hub.

Yeah. The YD100 platform SUCKS unless you go through and fix ALL of the port work. Without doing that stuff, the YD100 is just a pile of lard and runs like it too.

@@thebrokeway9838 The width between dropout to dropout is 125mm on these felt-faker style frames. Though, the other frames with the smaller 2.4l gas tank (usually with a built-in front engine mount) has a width of 135mm. To get the proper width, I had to use a freewheel hub and remove the spacers and use washers to get the correct chain alignment.

Yeah. DLH hasn't been stocking their products. I dont know why. With that being said, unless you buy one used, there isn't really any way to get a genuine SAF clutch. Though, its pretty easy to make one using an California Motorbikes or RDM clutch plate and some hardware and springs.

Nahh. Ive done a lot of wiring to great success. But this was caused because the OEM bulb fasteners melted due to the high-heat of the HID headlights.

Not yet. Ive been attending to many more urgent projects behind the scenes. Just life stuff has been keeping me really busy. lol

​@a.m.bgarage.everydayprojec9665 make sure you use a belt drive what ever you do, I've learned over many builds, it's easier to change a belt then try and find replacements for a clutch
