    Tip, when hitting the switch the first time after changing oil or disconnecting lines it is best to bleed the air from the pump to the dump, best way is to hold down the switch to open the dump and grab another switch to go up. The oil will literally go in a circle and get the air out. I also leave the car up, put jack stands and let car sit on jack stands with hydro cylinders extended. After I bleed the air I take stands off and lower the car and that will get rid of the remaining air between the dump and cylinder. Final step is to fill oil reservoir.

    Do you think if a lowrider roses w the car nose down back up while cruising for a bit is that bad for the hydraulic motor ? I think I got a bad battery or something as my front doesn’t want to go up even though they say charged maybe a bad solenoid ? I will be taking my Lincoln to the “doctor” soon lol and will get back with what the issue was

      Aw32 or non detergent motor oil. If in a cold climate, stick to aw32.

    How often do you recommend changing out the oil on your pumps homie

    • @LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS
      @LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not very often, maybe once a year. I normally change mine about once a year or when ever I’m opening the tank for any other reason.

      @@LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS question . My car doing a 3 parked .and the front cylinder goes down? I see no leaks. Can it be the pump head? Thanks.

    • @LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS

      More likely a check valve or dump issue. Close you slow down and see if it still drops. If it does then your check valve is bad or has trash in the fluid keeping it open. If it doesn’t drop then you have a dump issue and will need to figure out if you have a bad seal or if you have trash in the fluid keeping the dump valve open.

      Every rack is a little different depending on the size of the batteries.

    What kind of fluid do you use ???

    • @LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS
      @LOWRIDERHYDRAULICS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Personally I like to use what Rudy from Primo Seals sells. It’s clear, it doesn’t thicken up in cold weather, snaps pretty good, doesn’t eat up seals and doesn’t have a hydraulic fluid smell. Just my opinion. Many use hydraulic fluid or non detergent 30 weight oil.

      30w non detergent motor oil is what I use homie
