@@michaelserapio2340 the new generation clear casting with the mic is great. The mic quality isn't the best of the gaming headsets, but it's fine for what you need. I would say it's better than the previous arctis clear casting 1 mics.
Nova 7P is overrated for console gaming because of the bleed through and the terrible mic. You can get much better headsets and mics for the money. The Mids are terrible and they need to be scooped or they compete against other frequencies. The battery lasts a while and the headphones have good high frequencies which is good for hearing footsteps (that’s literally it with the Nova 7’s) on FPS. Now on PC you can use the sonar and Dolby which make a huge difference because you can add a noise gate for the microphone which makes it less sensitive from picking up every bit of audio in the room on console and through the ear cups themselves. The mids lack that clear punchy sound and come off very muddy. It’s just not a good headset for the price and I’m a musician
It's a shame they don't mention that this also supports a wired connection on the site, I've been torn between the non-Nova 7 and 9 for a while debating whether to sacrifice bluetooth or 3.5mm. Important question though, can the wired input also be used simultaneously with either of the wireless modes, the same way both wireless can be mixed together (and how about all three)?

I had it set up like this for my older headset, the Turtle Beach 800. I was in the ps4 audio setting and could figure it out again.

If you get the 7x version. For xbox: 3,5mm jack or wireless dongle. For pc: bluetooth (with some lattency), 3,5mm jack or wireless dongle. For ps5 3,5mm jack or wireless dongle, I am not sure about bluetooth.
Received mine today, I have small-normal head size I found the headset slightly loose. So I would say no, the clamping force is not strong and very flexible even larger head size won’t be problem.
you get a usb-a male to usb-c female cable, so you can put the dongle in there and position it better than at the back of a pc or something. the one at 0:46 is the one i'm talking about.
Question my son recommended these because he uses them for gaming but I just like to use them for going to the gym and maybe some phone calls what do you think will it be just good for the gym also

She put the microphone inside the earcup to show how clear the sound is. When you do that to some cheap headphones, you won't hear it as clear as this one

Arctis pro is older but I think it is better except comfort and mic quality. Artic nova pro is better than both older arctis pro and 7X with a huge discomfort factor because of noise cancellation bump in the ear cup.
Yeah, don't buy any new Steel Series headphones. A friend of mine had the first gen of this new single arm hinge design and broke two in short order. If you search for SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 followed by broken hinge, you'll see exactly why even the newest models haven't fixed this clear defect. If you want a good Steel Series buy some old Siberia 850's. They have a double hinged design and they've lasted me 6+ years, you can still buy replacement batteries and ear/head cushions too.

It’s probably ok, but I’d imagine it’s much better if you can use the USB-C dongle on your device. It’s more powerful than a regular Bluetooth.

Sony x90j with the recent vrr firmware update would be the best for consoles for under a thousand bucks.
For a PS5 I would go with a Sony TV. The X-RAY series is AMAZING. A bit pricey for the bigger ones, but well worth it.
