In the first exercise, rotate neck, put in extension trace figure 8s - I was doing the 8 horizontally, but on closer inspection I think you are doing teh figure 8 vertically. Does it matter? DO both?? Thank you!
When you say push against resistance.. are you pushing against hand or are you pushing with hand against head to get more range? I think I got it.. I have a bad neck issues with spondylitis.. I just did the set and I the tension is much better and range of motion is too,, thanks

@lukesbuddy - I looks to me that he is pushing with his hand. Then pushing against the hand on the way back.

Isometric is pushing against resistance, so the hand is the resistance as far as I know.
