Protocol for opening doors and greeting passengers

How I usually greet and let passengers into the car.
Check list:
Leave driver window slightly open to fit your arm if for any reason the doors lock
Turn the car off
Keep the key with you at all times
Watch out for traffic
Step out of the car
Do a visual check on the tires
Certify you are looking at the door that the client will come out of
Introduce yourself by the first name
Ask for their name: May I please have your name?
Once client is in the car check their feet are in the proper place before closing the door
Get back to the vehicle
Reconfirm their name and destination
Drive.

Always have great smooth riding tires,I detailed limits for a limo company,and that's what one of the owners big thing he always checked,tires tires tires,they might cost more when you get very good tires,but better to spend the money then,then not having the customer,then complaints and so on,I SAY THIS CAUSE ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY I WAS TOLD THE OWNER WOULD KINDA CHEAP OUT ON GREAT TIRES THEN HAVE PROBLEMS LATER

Questions: when doing an airport pick up and the client(s) has luggage. Do you first try and have them enter the vehicle and then deal with the luggage? Or Vice Versa? I find myself trying to get their bags stored first and then the client(s) end up opening their own doors and I don’t fee they should be

@@boboso8699 luggage first, so you can make sure nothing is left behind, open the trunk in front of then load the luggage, check for more. Then proceed to open their doors, unless of course they help them selves into the car first.

Merry Christmas George good question for a digital online way bill? I’m about to get the boat to float next year. What do you recommend? I guess maybe an app put me in the right direction brother I hope everything’s doing good up north I’m down here in LA.

Hey Merry Christmas! I use Limoanywhere for way bills and reports, the app connected to it is the DriverAnywhere, they also offer apps for passengers to book and quote (I haven’t used those yet) I manually enter my clients booking on my Limoanywhere, other limo companies electronic transfer jobs via electronic farm out, which also is a function of Limoanywhere
