I haven't exercised for decades, but this seems like something I could do for starters. Haven't seen anything else like it in all my searching. Thank you.

I’m a 51-year old runner looking for core cross training. So happy to have found this class. Thanks for creating it.

I was going to put together a chair exercise routine for a group activity at my assisted living facility. I'll just take your and leave a few out 😁

Thankful I found these exercises. Just retired and am extremely out of shape. Need to loose 75 lbs to return to my Weight Watchers goal weight set in 1984. With the beginning help from your video, I believe I can achieve this. Have had two lower-back discectomy's and a neck-fusion with 4 screws, so these low impact exercises are a perfect way to start. Thank you both!

I did these today. I do a lot of seated ab workouts, so I was familiar with a lot of these, but some I wasn't familiar with, like the hip tuck. Anyway, I enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing and I will be using this video a lot more.

Great job! Feel free to do the exercises at your own pace, Julie. No pressure 💪

I did this one 2x and the other one on your channel 2x, love to switch up my workouts, I'm older now and need to keep the weight off, do you have a workout for older women, I love your channel, even if I can't lift the way you guys can,
I still lift at my pace, getting my son to join me and stay out of the fridge 😉, thanks so much for keeping us healthy during this time👍💪😷😊

Why seated? Is there an advantage e.g for herniated discs? Any warm-up or stretching afterwards? Could we use a Swiss ball instead of a chair at least for some of the exercises?

Thanks . The exercises were very good but a bit bizarre having an advert in the middle of a workout...and for McDonald's!...when people are trying to be fit and healthy

I wish they would put difficulty levels on their workout videos. Anyone under the age of 80 can do this without feeling anything, and some of their workouts I can’t even do the exercises lol

You do realize there are people of varying abilities and/or phases of their fitness journey, right? We all have to start somewhere. I hope you are never in a situation where sitting is your only option, but it’s the reality for some people.
