- hey everyone, welcome to this week's video where we will be exploring some apartments in midtown. i wanted to share luxury apartment hunting from the perspective of a normal girl with a conservative budget of around $1,000 - $1,300 a month. i wanted to give hope that anything is possible through Christ, including moving to a new luxury apartment while still staying in budget.
I am also sharing some tips on how to be an apartment hunter with a lower budget or even problematic credit, I am also going over what you can expect as a new hunter and some questions and tips you can ask.

I hate how you can’t see the actual apartment unit but you can only see a replica of it which is a red flag and how they don’t tell you the price of the unit until your ready to sign the paler work which is also a red flag- which was a lot for a one bedroom.

It’s very depressing how we can’t afford a apartment, my fiancé, son and I share a 1 bedroom and we live in my uncles house, and been here for 6 years, my fiancé has low income and where we try rent is expensive. Idk how anyone can afford a apartment these days. We even tried housing and we’re still waiting our state really sucks and don’t want to help 😢it’s my dream to get our own place
