This video is better than the one from the factory, because it shows how to dump the extracted fluid! Thank you for sharing!

Can you attach a compressor to this also?

I don’t see any option for that on the user manual. Therefore i would say NO.

Two questions: how did you clean it, and does all the oil come out?
I just did a change and some but not all came out.
Any suggestions, on getting all out?

I have the much smaller Gas Tapper siphon and it recommends flushing the oil out with mineral spirits, diesel, or kerosene. I used mineral spirits and feel that works best to remove oil residue.

Aside from flushing your oil, you typically cannot remove all the oil even in a normal oil change. While this extractor method might leave a bit more than normal, as long as you properly maintain your vehicle and not wait longer than the recommended interval for maintenance, some left over oil is perfectly fine. In fact, I always change my oil earlier than recommended and before it turns pitch black for that very reason. I'm OCD about keeping my car running as perfectly as possible, and 1 or 2 extra oil changes a year is worth the peace of mind. I would totally use the extractor if not for the fact that I still need to lift and get under my car anyway to remove the oil filter. If the filter was more accessible without having to get under the car, I totally would jump on the extractor bandwagon.

All i do is empty the container into a recycling container and drop it off at the designated drop off for my city.
Regarding getting all the oil out, I usually spin the hose to see if it can go further down. Usually it does go a bit further.

I see a booboo. Loosen coupler ring first than tighten (lock) hose once inserted to the top of the extractor.
