I have one more week of no weight bearing before I get a boot. I am so depressed and so scared. Thank you for this video. It makes me feel like maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel. The comments of so many others is really helpful, to know that some of the sensations I’m experiencing are similar to others. The hospital didn’t spend any time discussing anything about what to expect.
I broke my ankle in three places back in March (2022) and watching this gives me hope. I'm a thicker woman and I must say that plays into trying to do partial weight a bit. I had hormonal issues and gained weight and was on my way to losing after I found out about my medical condition until I fell. I'm so scared of reinjury and I'm not graceful and quite clumsy lol. Hence the broken ankle, but 17 screws and two metal plates later I'm looking forward to walking soon. Thank you for the nicely done video.
Buy the even up shoe lift. Life saver….using it now during my achillies recovery week 6 weight bearing. Speedy recovery to all those going thru any injury. You got this 💪🏽
Thanks for this! Due to the current pandemic it's been hard to get an appointment to get regular checkups & instructions on the healing process. Everything the 1st time was rushed. Now that I feel a little better I think I'm in the partial weight bearing stage. I hope everyone is happy & healthy!
Thanks so much for this video! I am recovering from a broken ankle and just received permission to put 50% weight on my booted foot. But I wasn’t given any advice on how to do that. TH-cam to the rescue! Your explanation and demonstration was easy to follow and now I hope to get around more easily!
I just had my cast taken off a week ago and given a medical boot. Dr said I can walk in my boot but I've been scared so for 1 week I've just been slowly putting weight on my foot to get it ready. The SCALE is a AWESOME idea!!! That got me excited. Lol . I'm going to try that 1st thing in the morning. I need to start walking in my boot too because I'm scheduled to return to work in 5 weeks. Thx for this video.
It is scary at first but remember that when your doctor says it’s okay, then everything is solid enough to handle it. Then it’s just a matter of building up slowly. The scale is a great objective way to progress! Good luck!
Thank you for doing this video. I broke my fibula new years eve day. I'm in a walking boot now and my doc never told me what to do or when I should put more weight on my foot. I can't put much weight on it at all because of the pain. This helped me so much. Thank you again.
Thank you SO much for this video! I broke my tibia and fibula and can start doing partial weight bearing on Monday - YAY! I really needed to see it done and you've helped me a lot. Bless you!

Like u said everyone has different injuries and to follow out Dr instructions. I really like what u said, put my mind at easy. Thanks for sharing ur videos and hope ur doing great!
Helen V sounds like you have had a challenging time. It really will get better. My ankle was stiff too and it took a lot of work - once I was allowed to start physio. I am doing really well now and can do anything I used to do. My ankle is still a bit stiff and I still stretch it but it doesn’t limit me at all.
Robin McFadyen I'm glad to see that ur doing great!!!!!!!!! Ur positive attitude makes me want to work harder and makes me see I'm on the right track!! my husband says: I'm an over achiever. I broke my leg the week of Christmas. I’m able to walk now but I’m looking for resources without having to do physical therapy. This definitely helped. Thanks! Also the boot sucks. I’m also in a boot and crutches.
This doesn’t replace the need for physiotherapy! I went to physiotherapy once I was out of the boot and it was very helpful for exercises to do to strengthen safely as I healed. They were also super valuable for helping me get rid of the limp. I would definitely recommend going even for a few sessions to get some direction about your specific situation
Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I ruptured my Achilles tendon on 10/1/19 and your videos are my go-to as I navigate the process back to weight-bearing. I started partial weight-bearing one week ago (4 weeks post-op) and was surprised at how uncomfortable it was. In just one week of continued practice and physical therapy, I can see some progression.
That’s so good! I’m really glad it’s been helpful. It was a hard time for me too - and this was my way of doing something positive! It’s a slow process but sounds like you are on the right track! Just keep going and being consistent! If you ever want to chat more, feel free to connect with me on Facebook!
I had reconstruction surgery (ie cutting bones, putting new bits of bone in and reconstructing tendons!) on my foot and took 12 weeks to get to this stage Feels so good to be able to partially walk rather than hop! I've learned I have to limit it though - I overdid it yesterday by walking too far and am paying the consequences today with major ankle pain. Take it gently folks!
I had my reconstructive foot surgery done twice now since September and I am so sick of hopping around on one foot I could scream. We think the boot caused too much pressure across the top of my foot that ended up fracturing the bones away from the hardware the first time and now I'm almost 6 weeks post-op again and he told me I could start wearing the stupid boot around the house with light weight bearing and I'm scared to death to wear it because it hurts and I don't want to fracture it again plus I don't know how to walk in the damn thing right I don't think. Lol
I am 2 weeks post op for an ankle break and complete dislocation. Needed plates, rods and screws. I have the aircast boot now and over did it on the first day. Several hours later the pain was excruciating! Definitely it easy.
I have loosened the toe straps and tightened the ankle straps as I’m raw on top of foot but I do have a very high instep. I am taking my foot out of boot 3 times daily for stretches and air to help heal top of foot sores. I am 10 weeks out now from trimalleor fracture
I broke a fibula while skiing. After 8 weeks starting to weightbear. Took longer to start weightbear bcs I'm 6ft5. Doctor told it takes longer to heal for taller people. It is so strange to start using your other foot again, the sweling and colour changing is still here, I am using ice and then covering foot in blanket to speed the circulation. These injuries are so mentally taxing. I wish everybody speedy and good recovery
I too am having swelling and discoloration. Was told by surgeon today it's common especially with higher ankle injuries. I'm doing contrast hydrotherapy and it's feeling supportive.
Lucky, I just got my boot today after almost a whole month in a cast, but still not allowed to bear weight on it q-q I go back to get updated x-rays on Feb. 4th. I really hope I can start weight bearing
So weird that I found this video, I'm in the same exact boot, same exact crutches, and yesterday at work I was pushing down on the scale to see how much weight I could support and it was 38 pounds. Crazy
Please edit the Post op week(s) into the Achilles tendon post Achilles tendon repair oparation recovery video's to help the views navigate or group them into one playlist. Great video's, they have been very helpful
My other broke her heal. It was snapped off and they had to go in and put it back in place with screws. She was no weight bearing for the last couple months and just now got the ok to start putting weight on it. Thanks for this video, gives me some idea of how to help her as her insurance decided she did not need rehab despite all the doctors saying she does...
Thankz soo much for this video i got my cast removed last week but wasn't told much. I got a walking boot but didn't know a thing on it.. This is the first time i ever break any bone im 28yrs old i broke my fibula 6 weeks ago and thanks to ur video i was able to move around with my crutches and know how to walk and go out to the store with my kids and husband ☺
Hi thank you for your video ! I have also ruptured my Achilles and was placed in a cast for 3 weeks and just been put into a boot 2 days ago! I pretty much have done what you showed on this video, Standing straight and letting a bit more pressure onto the injured leg. Aiming to be a bit more weight bearing over the next few days and hopefully weight bearing with the boot in another week which will be my 4.5 week mark since I ruptured my Achilles. Thanks and I will be sure to watch all your videos to track your progress :) .
I loved this video! My only complaint is that it says "Stages...." and I was hoping to see a person who actually had surgery show me the steps of full weight bearing. This is another rough stage in the process! Well, hopefully you are all healed by now! :-)
I recently started weight bearing following flatfoot reconstruction surgery (basically, sawing my heal bone in half, putting extra bone in and cutting and adjusting the tendons - ouch!) So far so good :)
@@dee2022uk Yes! Sounds like we've had the same thing! I went into a partial weight bearing cast at 6 weeks, then at 12 weeks was put in a cast boot and advised to try occasionally walking round the home barefoot with crutches for support. I'm at 14 weeks post-op now and started physio a week ago and am spending a lot more time out of the cast boot. The foot still feels stiff and tight, but the physiotherapy is helping to loosen it. I'm also getting pain in the ankle joint but the therapist says this is totally normal as your foot adjusts to its new position. This is the main thing limiting how much weight I can put on it. I'm actually in more discomfort now than when I was in the second cast, but that's just a phase you have to go through to get the foot working again. The key word I hear is be PATIENT. Its normal to imagine you will be back to normal at some specific date, but it hasn't been like that! I have felt frustrated occasionally, but its good to have a professional telling you everything is normal! I hope yours goes well! :)
This was very helpful!! I've just been given the green light to begin partial weight bearing after a Lisfranc injury ORIF surgery. The issue I'm having is that the velcroed two supports on the sides tear away when taking steps, I think it could be because I'm putting a lot of emphasis on ankle movement which isn't there ehich makes it feel so weird... I've also got a fractured wrist so crutches are difficult...
So I didn't have any surgery cuz the doctors said it was a clean break and it only needed 1month to heal anyways the doctor's said I can walk about 3days ... And I'm still using my crutches because im afraid it may hurt and I will feel the pain I felt when it broke even tho the doctors said my ankle has healed perfectly and I don't need crutches I still use it .... and school opens in 4days I hope I can walk normal when it opens
Alrich Hills I had reconstruction surgery to correct the arch in my foot. I’ve been given the OK to weightbear, physio later this week. Have you had/going to have surgery?
@@dee2022uk i had the surgery 6 weeks ago and just 2 days ago i started to learn walking again it was scary how quick you forget to walk. Strongs for you I believe you will get well soon
Alrich Hills thank you, just saw your message now. How are you getting on with walking? My foot is still pretty stiff and gets swollen but doing better with walking.
@@dee2022uk hey, hope your doing good. I was still walking cripple a week ago then I lifted a heavy piece of iron door and my leg got so soar and it felt like something just shifted into the right place my leg feels 100x times better I still can't run but I walk like a normal person finally!!!! I'm much more mobile, still alot of swelling if I do work but I got used to it. Hope your doing well Edit: It feels like a have grown extra bone on the place where it was broken. Its very hard and ticklish
Im so SCARD! Don't want to re-break my bone don't want to experience the excruciating pain of my fibula bone break and the swelling and it makes me cry even now... (the insurance nurse and the adjuster of my employer are rushing the purpose of getting better and therapy)and it pisses me off
Lucky Lady i broke my ankle and it was dislocated back in february. i had two surgeries and i start weight baring in one week. i’ve been slowly starting to try and just stand partially on the broken ankle with my cast on and it isn’t too bad and i slowly start to put all my weight on both legs and it only starts hurting once i try to let all the weight on the broken leg side.
I broke my fibula 9 weeks ago. I was in a cast for 9 weeks and just got put into a boot. I have 2 weeks to be full weight bearing. I’m so scared to break it again and go through that excruciating pain.
@@jaimawhite2885 yes I know and I understand how you feel... Is going to take time to heal my fibula bone was broken September 7th 2019 my full recovery in date is in August two more months.. I am going through therapy and I had to sue the company in which made me fall. Nevertheless I hope you have a speedy recovery... And yes you will be able to put weight on your leg is going to take time but try not to be afraid your body knows when it is ready.. To this day I hate marble floors....
@@whosaccountisthis I will say after 4 weeks ... But your body will let you know when it's time because some people fractures are different than they are all broken bones but some people have many broken bones in the area...
Thank you I think we need to read our body to follow what the doctors or therapists tell exactly can put us one step back , may be ; I had a swollen ancle after starting the weight bearing therapy it was too much. 6:57
This probably isn't the recommendation of doctors, but I went straight from full weight bearing after non weight bearing. The crutches were way too much of a nuisance.
My doctor gave me specific instructions on how much weight to put on my foot while in its boot & move up a little every week for the next 4 weeks. I am at week 6 after my trimalleolar ankle surgery. It is gonna be different for everybody & nobody heals the same & you have to wait until you get X-rays to show that it has healed properly. I Should be able to walk with no boot or crutches 🩼 around week 10.
Thanks. Just started weightbearing after 6 Weeks PostOp (ORIF Fifth Metartasal). Really cautious in case bone breaks again. Is it normal to experience pain sometimes whilst using boot?
I had bunion surgery all of my toes fixed and 5th metatarsal Taylor's bunion done in September and a week after I got my boot I had to go back and have a fracture in my great toe and the tailor's bunion fixed so essentially I had to have my surgery redone and the boot causes pain in that fifth metatarsal area I don't know why but I hate the damn boot and I'm back to where he said I could start wearing it again I start physical therapy next week but I'm still using a walker and hopping on one foot Just because the boot we think is what caused the fractures to begin with last time so if it's causing pain tell your doctor
I have elbow crutches and I am non weight bearing, I am in a knee brace, it always makes me feel light headed and ill because I cant put weight on it lol
what advice can you give me I had foot surgery 5 weeks ago cast off now I got a walking boot and my doctor said I can start using one or/ no crutches with full weight-bearing but I scared I will fall down
Question. And I know its different for everyone depending on the situation, but for how long did you limp once you started wearing regular shoes? I'm done with week 1 and im still limping pretty dramatically. I do my daily physical therapy exercises. So just curious because although its only been 1 week, I'm getting concerned.
It is different for everyone but I limped still for quite a while. A few months. Do you have a therapist that you can talk to about it? I was seeing a physio and that helped me to know what was normal and what wasn’t
Had an ATR late July, am in a boot now (week 8ish) with 2 lifts. How long did it take for you to be able to walk without crutches? First 2 days in the boot were a bit scary, foot was really swollen, but each day has progressively been a bit better
Today was Pretty it definitely took a few weeks. I could slowly tolerate really short distances without crutches but would then need to go back to using them. It’s a process.
Robin McFadyen thank you! Getting my last heel lift off Wednesday and going into my first PT session friday. I appreciate your videos, I plan to pay it forward when all is well, wish me luck!
💥💥 WATCH OUT FOR Pelvic Torsion along with pain and issues in and with the opposite knee 💥💥 If you experience ANY pain or irritating discomfort in your lower back or knee TELL YOUR Dr and insist in treatment! If you stay on top of those issues you just may avoid 2 knee surgeries and a spinal fusion 17 years later! The misalignment your back suffers along with added strain and strange positioning of the opposite knee to accomodate your fracture boot WILL be an issue for you at some point. 2/14/2002 i tore the ligaments that go across the top of my foot and broke my ankle at the base. After corrective surgery, i had to wear a fracture boot for 3 very long months. Then another month after hardware removal surgery. 22 years later and that FRACTURE BOOT IS STILL CAUSING ME PAIN!! Pelvic Torsion and cartilage damage to my knee as a result. I am convinced that that fracture boot is a huge factor and a catalyst to issues that forced me into the need for spinal fusion in 2019
How long did it take you to partial weight bare to full weight bare ? My Dr started me on partial weight baring . But he want me to get to full weight baring .
How long did it take you to walk without crutches after you were allowed to put full weight on it? I have been watching your videos. Thank you! your videos are really helpful.
It was a gradual progression over a few weeks. I could put full weight on it pretty quickly for short periods of time but it would be too sore to walk all day. Go by how you feel - and of course, by your doctor's orders. And remember everyone is different!
Omg I got Knee Surgery and I’m allow to put some weight on my leg (with crutches) now, but I’m so scared!!! Idk why I’m just scared to put weight in my leg cause I’m scared it would hurt or idk!! Any advice?!
Mmvfforever 101 I get it. I was scared too! Go slow and just put a little bit on at a time. Do you have a physiotherapist you are seeing? That would be a great place to start. It’s really tough.
Mmvfforever 101 this is exactly what is happening to me I got the go to start weight bearing but I’m scared to, it’s all in my head. Idk how to get mentally prepared
HardheadedBryan Vlogs it’s tough! It is a big mental thing and it’s really normal to be scared. Start slow and if you are really struggling, find a physiotherapist who can help you out.
Dee Moses sorry to hear that! I wish I could tell you. There are a lot of different protocols and it really depends on your doctor. I was in a cast and non weight bearing for 6 weeks before getting a walking boot.
My issue is the height of it too! I have one of those black orthopedic boots that rock to take a step. I don’t have any shoes that I won’t break my ankle in that are tall enough 😂 it’s annoying having my knee bent when i walk. I’ve been walking with crutches but sometimes I’ll go down the hall without them. It’s just hard without a tall enough shoe. I need to test which of my shoes i can walk in safely 😂
I’m sorry to hear that!! Just know it gets a lot better. Be patient and work hard and you will likely do great. I can do anything I need to do at this point and I’m still super active.
Robin McFadyen I broke my right ankle foot and I’m on 3 weeks on now . I can’t wait to start walking . Mine is one bone broken . Can I start walking 🚶♀️ in a month ? Approximately
Disagree about the doctor. They are not the end all be all. I fractured by 5th metatarsal in my left foot. I went to one doctor and she said 20% weight on the foot and the rest on the crutches. I went to a foot surgeon a day later and she said zero weight on the foot. They are all different and I bet most don’t keep up with the latest trends and especially with the latest devices to help you get around better.
Is it normal to go from no weight bearing to walking with no support? My doctor told to me ditch the crutches and the boot so I tried to walk in school. I was in extreme pain and I had to walk with a limo with my foot sideways point outwards.
jasontheninja what often happens is that it has to be a more gradual thing. Usually it’s called weight bearing as tolerated so you go by how you feel. You might be able to put more weight on it for a short amount of time and then you need to use the crutches again for a bit while you build up the strength again in your foot. Are you seeing a physiotherapist at all? They are great in guiding you with this. I used my crutches for long distances for a few weeks after I could fully weight bear. I just couldn’t tolerate doing it all day. Does that make sense?
Robin McFadyen yeah. It just confused me on how I’m suppose to go from non weight bearing for 7 weeks to just walking normally. And I’m not seeing a physiotherapist, my doctor said I don’t need one
I am still not weight bearing. I broke inside and outside of ankle bone and leg bone. Was healing very well doing great after surgery. But all of a sudden I am having tremendous pain. My leg bone from my knee to my ankle feels like it’s going to explode. All of the flash on my leg from my knee to my ankle feels like it is on fire literally on fire and I don’t know how to control the pain I don’t know what to do does anyone have any suggestions please help thank you
Kristie Wilson that sounds like you definitely need to go to your doctor and have it checked out. If you can’t get into your doctor quickly, I would go to emergency. Have you seen your doctor since the pain went up?
Robin McFadyen I have been trying to get by at home. I am so week I can’t hardly hop on my good leg. I feel an Sunday and thank I broke my arm. But the pain is my ankle and leg in now almost more than I can bear. I can’t get a call back from the doctor. So I guess I am going to have to go to ER. THANK YOU FOR TRXTING ME BACK IT MEANS A LOT TO ME THANK YOU!

After your 8 weeks of healing how long this the color changing and swelling continue. I'm have the same issue as of now
I too am having swelling and discoloration. Was told by surgeon today it's common especially with higher ankle injuries. I'm doing contrast hydrotherapy and it's feeling supportive.
Startimg my weight bearing on 28th.. really excited ..
DVLOGS congrats! It definitely makes things easier.
Lucky, I just got my boot today after almost a whole month in a cast, but still not allowed to bear weight on it q-q I go back to get updated x-rays on Feb. 4th. I really hope I can start weight bearing
I'm struggling with this right now, thanks for the video!
Sorry to hear you have to deal with this too. Glad it was helpful. How are you doing now?
Vanessa Gonzales
Me too! It hurts more than I thought. Just started putting weight on foot today. This video helped!
So weird that I found this video, I'm in the same exact boot, same exact crutches, and yesterday at work I was pushing down on the scale to see how much weight I could support and it was 38 pounds. Crazy

Great video's, they have been very helpful
Thank you for sharing this is so inspiring I'm so scared to put any weight on it but this gives me hope
I have a broken ankle and I can't get my foot to 90 degrees in my boot. I got cleared to do 25% weight bearing. This video was helpful. Thanks!
You are really good on your crutches
First day bearing any weight and it feels soooo weird thank you for this
Thank you I recently broke my ankle and I just got my Aircast today and it feels funny trying to walk on it.
Thankz soo much for this video i got my cast removed last week but wasn't told much. I got a walking boot but didn't know a thing on it.. This is the first time i ever break any bone im 28yrs old i broke my fibula 6 weeks ago and thanks to ur video i was able to move around with my crutches and know how to walk and go out to the store with my kids and husband ☺
i am struggling walking on crutches, how do you maintain balance
EASYTIGER10 How are you getting on? I had similar surgery and starting to weightbear. Sounds like you had the tendon transfer/replacement also?
I'd like to thank you for that I'm on my last week of non weight bearing and this will help so much yezurrr
Having hammer toe/fusion surgery tomorrow, will be non weight bearing left foot with crutches, for week 1, never used crutches before. 😐
Very helpful, thanks. I’m at toe touch weight bearing right now
So I didn't have any surgery cuz the doctors said it was a clean break and it only needed 1month to heal anyways the doctor's said I can walk about 3days ... And I'm still using my crutches because im afraid it may hurt and I will feel the pain I felt when it broke even tho the doctors said my ankle has healed perfectly and I don't need crutches I still use it .... and school opens in 4days I hope I can walk normal when it opens
This is really helpful, thanks. Ive just started weightbearing at 7 weeks post surgery.
You broke your tibla and fibula also?
Hope your doing well
Edit: It feels like a have grown extra bone on the place where it was broken. Its very hard and ticklish
Thanks Robin I got the green light to put weight on my boot this was very informative
I got the green light today!
Thank you
I think we need to read our body to follow what the doctors or therapists tell exactly can put us one step back , may be ; I had a swollen ancle after starting the weight bearing therapy it was too much. 6:57
I got a boot today and put weight on my foot and AAAAHH the pain even know I need to put weight on it
This probably isn't the recommendation of doctors, but I went straight from full weight bearing after non weight bearing. The crutches were way too much of a nuisance.
I got something called an “even up” for the shoe on the good foot. It evens up your legs.
Yeah it’s suppose to hurt. You did break your bone and you hadn’t walked on that foot in a while.
I'm going through this now 4 weeks to go 😥
I use a highheal boot on my good foot to make sure I'm level/ even.
I have elbow crutches and I am non weight bearing, I am in a knee brace, it always makes me feel light headed and ill because I cant put weight on it lol
It’s such a tough thing. How are you doing now? Are you able to weight bear?
what advice can you give me I had foot surgery 5 weeks ago cast off now I got a walking boot and my doctor said I can start using one or/ no crutches with full weight-bearing but I scared I will fall down
Ida Murray oh dont worry i broke mine bone under knee and i got surgery with 9 screws, pipe and plate, i walked 3 days after and it didnt hurt at all
What about WBAT (weight-bearing as tolerated) for 8 weeks in an orthopedic boot with no crutches??? Thanks!-
💥💥 WATCH OUT FOR Pelvic Torsion along with pain and issues in and with the opposite knee 💥💥
If you experience ANY pain or irritating discomfort in your lower back or knee TELL YOUR Dr and insist in treatment!
Pamela Bonilla it took me a few weeks to totally transition.
Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it!
Thanks for the video

Put a boot on the other leg too!! You will have perfectly aligned hips. Very important!!!
I torn my achilles heel, im now 10 days post-op. Will next appointment be for a walking boot? (I really hope so)
Dee Moses sorry to hear that! I wish I could tell you. There are a lot of different protocols and it really depends on your doctor. I was in a cast and non weight bearing for 6 weeks before getting a walking boot.
Does ur bad foot that is in the boot go numb after walking with the crutches. For some reason does
My issue is the height of it too!
How is your Achilles tendon now?
It is challenging cuz my heal and foot are so tight back of ankle feels like it wants to explode
James Jones 🙋🏻♀️
Same here! Pins and needles, and not moving the ankle just feels so unnatural
Also have a achilles tendon rupture
With surgical repair. This video is super helpful
I’m sorry to hear that!! Just know it gets a lot better. Be patient and work hard and you will likely do great. I can do anything I need to do at this point and I’m still super active.
Ah I start WBAT uuuhhhhh it's been 4 weeks since achilles surgery and I can't wait lmao I can not wait
I haven’t washed my one feet for 3 weeks 😭 3 more weeks and they will put 🥾. But how long you have to want to put whole weight?
You have to listen to your doctor. They will tell you when you are allowed to put full weight on it.
Robin McFadyen I broke my right ankle foot and I’m on 3 weeks on now . I can’t wait to start walking . Mine is one bone broken . Can I start walking 🚶♀️ in a month ? Approximately
Kunduzkan Sagynova it totally depends on what kind of break, where it is, and your doctors protocols. That’s definitely a question for your doctor.
Robin McFadyen ok thank you
Do you walk ok now? Or you feel the difference, when happened to u?
Thank you for the video!
Thank you for these posts.
Thank you!!
You have a cast and a cam boot?
Ho acquistato il Tutor ma dopo averlo indossato, ho scoperto che è difficile camminare senza stampelle.
Alan Hood at The Center For Postural Correction built up my shoe. He’s a genius. Knows a lot
Can you do a video on how to put the boot on :)
I just did that today! Hit subscribe so you always get notified when I post a new video!
Is okay to take off moonboots at a daytime with foot fractured .......
That is a question for your doctor. I wouldn’t unless your doctor says it’s okay. You want that foot immobile so it will heal well.
I am in the same boot and position as u. I am just asking do I wear a sock in ur boot
Sean Fanning I did - I had a long loose sock that they gave me with my boot. I wore that.
I love your video thanks
Most people should start at 25 percent not 50 percent.
Thank you for this video
Your welcome!
Use a private shoe lift or A STEPUP for the good foot avg.$20-$30
Robin McFadyen
I have been trying to get by at home. I am so week I can’t hardly hop on my good leg. I feel an Sunday and thank I broke my arm. But the pain is my ankle and leg in now almost more than I can bear. I can’t get a call back from the doctor. So I guess I am going to have to go to ER.
