Hello ,im very happy with my I-fast Qidi printer it is robust and she makes great details and the suport from Qidi is fenomenal everything you need to understand they will suport you.I recommend this great printer and even more plus for team suport.
Regarding the additional print-head...
When looking at the I-Fast leaflet, the description of the printer on Amazon and on the website of my local distributor in Germany, I have to agree with you that there should be another print-head included. There are always two print-heads mentioned, a standard temperature dual extruder head and a high temperature single extruder version equipped with a ruby nozzle. Even the Qidi slicer has the option of changing between these two heads for the I-Fast printer.
Therefore I think that this ruby nozzle equipped single extruder head should come with the printer and is simply missing in your box. Packaged by humans and humans do make mistakes. You should get the correct content of delivery confirmed by Qidi Tech. I expect a single extruder print-head in your mail shortly.
Yeah the letter I read was them informing me to contact them so they can ship it to me. I sent them an email that night and I had a tracking number 48 hours later. The item should be here in a couple of days.

I don’t remember a better customer support in my life than Qidi customer support. They are quick to answer or help find the answer. They are amazing, in my experiences with them.

Test prints and calibrations are finished and we have printed out our first dual color piece. Getting the next thing primed up.
It says it prints with metal filament, I want to see more reviews on just how well this machine does with all its capabilities, there’s so so so few reviews for this machine it’s really sad

I'm considering getting a Qidi printer, choosing between Xplus and this new one, which would be the best option?
Honestly it comes down to price and size. This one runs about $2,700 after taxes, but it also has the largest build volume of all Qidi printers. It all depends on what you plan to use it for, is this your first 3D printer, and your budget. If you can tell me those, I’ll be able to provide a more detailed answer for you.
HOLY SCHNIKES!! I just saw how much that double extrusion printer costs on Amazon! So far it’s impressive to look at. Can’t wait to see what you guys do with it.
Great video! I have been following you for a little bit now. I was seriously considering a mosaic pallet 2 but may hold out and get one of these instead. Very nervous to work with the multi material in the slicer and drawing models to accommodate multi colors.. hope to see a video of the slicer soon!
I understand the desire of wanting a palette 2 or even the 3, but I can’t justify wasting that much filament, personally. The slicer feels the same as the X-Pro setup with the dual hotends, but I haven’t searched every corner of the program yet. I will be soon.

What is the max temp for the build space? I heard you can control the build volume temp.
That is a new function on this machine. I will run it up and see where it stops. I’m still testing some of the newer things.
