Guys i had this problem and I know how it feels like. It’s horrible. Like thousands of pins poking you at once. The actual issue is with your gut and you have lots of toxins in your blood. You need to go for a total detox. Conduct an Ayurvedic doctor and it all will go away in 2 months. Skin, gut, blood, mind. All these are connected and they need detox and healing.

If your problem is Hell's itch i found out that weirdly fucking enough. A hot shower just eases the pain. Dont make it too hot not to burn yourself. The constant pressure of the water hitting you is relieving. I found during this that Aloe might help with healing it does not help the pain. I even tried other methods of healing or easing wven going as far as poison ivy itch relief. After about 2 hours the pain should calm. But it will come back. So just repeat. (I also have eczema, psoriasis, and keratosis pilaris😅 I definitely know a bad itch.)

only tip I have in my pocket : apply cream on the itch then just whenever you feel itch *DONT ITCH WITH NAILS!!!* use your finger to like interact the itch on the creamed part, but *DO NOT* use your nails especially when they are sharp or bitten with teeth🤢🤮 it will expose off the layers of the skin making it bleed when you itch it

@@njowusu1222 when I would start to itch I would either apply an oil mixture of castor oil, tea tree oil, and coconut oil. Or I would soak in a bath with two packets of that Aveeno oatmeal bath and then apply the oil mixture after the bath when you are close to dry. No towel. Just air dry. Look for this ointment called Unkers. It’s a white tub with a green lid. It’s a menthol based ointment. It will keep your skin under control for a little bit however if you apply too heavy is one spot you WILL feel like subzero lol.

Hello. I only have problems while outside (walking, running or any form of exercise) that’s why I don’t really go out cause I can’t risk it, I don’t know why. cause my skin is always hydrated I can’t go a day without applying crème. I’ve seen doctors Buh they basically prescribed me the same crème (glycérol), at first it works Buh then the itching came back. I sometimes go to the pharmacy to get counseled Buh they prescribed me with la roche posay, Bioderma and so on Buh no results It’s been almost 7years ever since I arrived in France, i never had something like this back home in Nigeria I do have a fine skin no bumps, rashes nor any kind,I think the itching comes from the inside like an allergy or something idk. I would really love to get rid of this cause I do miss a lot my mate go out for activities (fun)while I just have to sit home it’s really disturbing.

The problem with scratching is your nails are dirty, but the best way to get rid of an itch is to scratch. The best, and safest way (that I’ve found) is to scratch using a clean, plastic fork or plastic knife. I’ve been doing this since I was in my teens, and it’s worked without any problems; I’m including scratching mosquito bites. The itch goes away as well. So all this “don’t scratch your itch” nonsense, is just that - nonsense, if you use a clean instrument to scratch.

Sorry but this doesnt help. If a person is itching all over for no apparent reason, allery medicine is not helping, nothing different has been done to cause the allery/irritants, nerve medicines arent helping, this has to be a much deeper problem. And we surely cant walk around covered in Calamine lotion 😂 Guess its time for some lab work to see if its something internal going on...

Telling a person with severe Prurigo Nodularis not to scratch is like telling a terminally ill patient to stay alive another decade.

Anything that is non-fragranced, non-scented will do. An example is QV gentle wash. ☺️
