Would I be able to get onto isotretinoin again after my acne returned? I was on isotretinoin in 2020 for about 4-5 mouths, I was subscribed the medication by a private dermatologist. In April of 2022 my acne started returning. I do not have cystic, but get spots almost daily or every other day. Would I now be able to get a “repeat prescription” of this medication from my GP under the NHS?

Early exposure to mites is the most likely cause of an overpopulation. We get them from our mother and father primarily in childhood then the right conditions cause an explosion of mites in the teen years. One comment about using Vaseline is interesting. I had a pharmacist tell me Vaseline keeps the mites from moving so reproduction becomes difficult.

Driclor is the only anti perspirant that works for me. And I only need to use it every 4-5 days or when my underarms start to sweat again. However, I find that after a couple of months of using it, my underarms seem to be resistant to it and I start to sweat more often. So I tried alternating it with another antiperspirant after I finish 1 bottle and it works.
