I get phytophotodermatitis it happens when I touch citrus (which caused me to never have lemonade or orange juice, etc) i get 1st degree burns that last for 6 months, btw everyone thinks this is just a rash but some people like me get it worse, we get burns. Ive heard of someone getting 3rd degree burns from this and having to go to urgent care for a while.

Yes there are triggers such as sunlight and spicy foods but I believe the mites are the underlying problem. People with rosacea have 10x the face mites as those without. I suggest a 7 day treatment to get rid of the mites: 1. A 50/50 mix of Tea Tree Oil with Emu Oil for eyebrows and eyelashes. 2. A 30/70 mix of Tea Tree Oil with Emu Oil for face and scalp. 3. Apply before bedtime, wash off in the morning. 4. Sleep is not negotiable. You MUST get good sleep it's a huge part of this problem along with the mites.

I've suffered from it all my life, and there was Nothing that helped UNTIL I started taking Thiamine, vitamin B1 in the form of Benfotiamine 100mg. I was so amazed. On the side, I also took some sublingual B vitamins just in case. I found it a miracle and it was less than a week when it stopped. Elliot Overton is an expert on Vitamin B1 and constituted the form of TTFD which does not need any co-factors, like magnesium and potassium for the other forms.

I did an injection for my chronic eczema. It worked for a little bit but I got a reaction to the injection spots. Now the only thing that helps me is a steroid spray called sernivo

Hi doctor! I have hyperpigmentation it all started when I misused the retinol and I was expose to early morning sun since I am running in the morning. My skin turned itchy, little bit reddish and I turned greyish black. I dont know what to do? Is this melasma or what?
