This is a great meditation to help ease worry, anxious thoughts, and perhaps feelings of anger and resentment that can be associated with difficulties. This is a mindfulness self compassion practice and it's a wonderful meditation for any time during your day, as a morning meditation, a self-compassion break during a stressful day, or as an evening meditation right before bed.
