    I have always been sort of ridiculed for being too soft and sentimental. I naturally love everyone, I hate no one. I laugh easily and cry easily. Growing up I always thought I must hide this side of me as I feared people will make fun of me for being naive and not worldly wise. I haven’t been able to hide though, as thats my intrinsic nature, and for that reason I’ve always felt I’m not a wise and mature person. I will never be. When I found this meditation a couple of days ago I was amazed. Here’s this sage of all times, Buddha himself, preaching exactly that. I feel vindicated in some form 😆 Please read this lightly. It’s not meant as a rant. I just felt a pleasant acceptance of myself by myself. Wrote it here in case it resonates with another human, they shouldn’t feel alone. Love to all ❤

    I have been doing this meditation three times a day. Once in the morning then in the afternoon then at night before going to sleep. I have found it has helped me enormously as I suffer from MS and it has relaxed my muscles and cleared my mind. Every time I do these meditations I seem to see lovely things yesterday it was two wild doves on my disability ramp looking in at me from my bedroom window. I have noticed a lot of little things like this that has never happened to me before. God bless these meditations because after the death of my childhood sweet heart the day before my birthday last year I did not know how to go on. But now I feel at peace with myself again and feel my childhood sweet heart with me a lot xxxx

    I've experienced and seen so much evil since I was born. All I've wanted is peace. I'm always filled with anger at the world and the people who hurt me and I relive the memories every day in my head. When I said those kind words, I cried. They couldn't have been more genuine. I am naturally skeptical, but finding Buddhism feels like I found a piece of myself that was there all along. Thank you so much. No matter what pain any of you've been through, it'll be okay. May you all live happily.

      I believe this is essentially the message of Christ. Love thy neighbor as yourself. No opposition between Catholicism and meditation. It's a form of prayer.

      And what is praying if not a form of meditation. You sit alone with God and use premade sentences or reach within to tell it about your feelings and so on. And you have to do it alone and you will receive no answer in words, but maybe in facts...

    I had an addiction to nicotine and all of the meditation have helped me get over it, the feeling i wanted from the nicotine I found it in a better form that not only helps me heal my addiction but also help me be a better person and a better version of myself

      Sorry to ask Buddhist are doing standing -exercises, for me as southern-german it's super easy, to do. We are eating a lot of barley and apples. I have the feeling it strengthens our Bones. Maybe it gives you the extra strength to grow. Maybe its the ground we are living on... Its gravel from the ice age... Maybe that's the reason why you like us. Might be the earth of the Alps. We can't plant anything... The roots can't get into the floor. We love to get children, we are very fertile

    Thank you for this great meditation. It brought tears to my eyes a couple times throughout the meditation as I thought about loving myself and others. Lately I feel overwhelmed with some relationships in my life, and more resentful and jealous than I would like. I want to be more mindful, loving and compassionate towards myself and others.

    Really loved this video. This week has been so stressful, so very stressful to the point it was unbearable. I had a bath and watched some daily reminders and felt the weight lift of my shoulders for a short whilst a few days ago. I felt peace listening and watching your teachings. You have helped change my whole being. I'm only one foot along the path but I am truly grateful and thank to you, evolving to be an even better person than I have always knew I was . I have been destined to buddism and so grateful to find you along this long path.

    This mediation helped me forgive some bullies from over 25 years ago. I was quite surprised as I was using this with an expectation that it would clear my mind to help me manifest things better 😅

      Budha's core message for liberation and attain enlightenment is to give up your ego. HE even said not to worship him when he is gone but to respect his Dharma or THE teachings only if it resonates with you. There's no such thing as our Buddhism. It's a realization that Buddha attained by meditating that any person in any faith can attain as Buddha said. I know you meant well but being humble is the best approach. 🙏🙏🙏

I request you to once again share the 10 minute guided loving kindness meditation which was there before. I used to do it regularly, but I’m not able to find it anymore, only the longer video is there. Please help!
